  We had this problem for a long time, but now it has gotten worse...

  It was better when you use an earlier version of the player, but now that X is the oldest available for download.

  When you use the fast printing of Outlook (2013/2016) for PDF files we get often 'the selected file was not found"or"the file is already open"errors. These translations are not 100% reliable because Office and Adobe products use Finnish.

  How to go beyond this problem? Seems that this problem occurs when you try to print multiple files quickly. So what happens at least on Adobe Reader X and XI, not sure of DC.

  I am running Windows 8.1 64-bit. I've owned this printer HP Deskjet 6540 for a long time now, so part of me wondered if I should just buy a new printer. However, it works great except for this last issue. In the last few weeks, I started to notice that when I print in draft mode, normal, or fast, the text at the bottom of paragraphs or the end of a page is cut off, wasting the descenders on letters on this line. All retired with hp print and scan doctor. Pilots seem to, etc. If I print in "best" mode, it works fine, with no clipping. He is a recent problem. Any ideas?

  The issue you describe could be caused by an electrical problem between the printer and the cartridge.   I suggest you clean the contacts of the cartridge and printer as shown in the document here.

• What connection to use for faster printing

  I install my new of Officejet Pro 8600 today.  I have three options to connect, is a USB cable, ethernet cable or wireless.  To make the decision, I have a second remote desktop connected wireless to the internet and the usual iPhones.  My work horse is the computer that I will use often and want to have the fastest printing capabilities.  I still want to be able to print from the second remote computer too.

  Nothing in the HP documentation which addresses precisely this question.  What is the best connection should I use for this arrangement?  Your response would be greatly appreciated.

  All of these out-rate connections greatly the mechanics of printing, so it's not really important.

  Between Ethernet and wireless, ALWAYS choose Ethernet if you can (no password, no interference, etc.).

  Thanks for your help.  Yes, go to advanced and clicking on shades of gray to reveal the drop down menu worked for then change of 'no' to 'black ink only.  Why I missed it is that I have not seen any menu drop-down.  Had to click Grayscale to make it appear.  Maybe who want just that we use more ink, so that they can sell more.  Do you think?

• L7590 Black Print Missing tapes project and Normal but no better way

  Problems with black project and print in normal mode for L7590 model CB821A.   After the printer has been turned off for about a month and then switched back, began to have horizontal bands across the exit who did not text/image, which should have been printed in black when printing in draft or Normal print quality.  Black okay impression is better quality.  "Logically the black output appears as if printed in approximately 7/8" wide sections/blocks on the page where the last 1/16 "(bottom) of each section is missing a release which should have been printed in black.  See assessment below one hatched filled printed image print black lines - i.e. the white strips between the blocks are portions of output that was not printed (but should be).  The problem occurs for the black out in draft or normal quality: the entire image without lack of bands is printed if black best quality mode is selected the problem appears only for ink black/output.  Output color (all three color cartridges) doesn't include any missing tapes for any mode of output quality (draft, normal or best).  Except where the output on the page aligns with the missing 1/16 "areas/bands, a diagnostic page is OK, print quality running print head alignment, calibration of jump line and cleaning of the printheads (several times) has no effect (fix) the printing problem.  Also to install a new Black XL cartridge does not change/fix anything.  Any idea on what to do to solve the problem?  Oh and also when making black copies of the production of documents in the printed copy of the document is lack as the black print in bands through the page at least that the best quality copy is selected.

  Thanks for the reply.  I had already seen and tried things in the link streaks of ink, fixing faded prints and other common print quality problems without any noticeable change in the sysmptoms of the problem.  Not knowing the logic of printing in detail the process, I was hesitant to assume that the problem was due to a print head (related as good) without knowing with certainty that if she could be the cause of the problem.  I had also seen the link following re manually cleaning/replacement of the print heads, etc. to:

  Given no other definitive solutions, I pulled the Black/Yellow Printhead, cleaned the mechanical contacts (even if they appear dirty) and reinstalled print head.  After that hard restart of the process, the printing problem looked pretty much the same, but I used the printer console to clean the print head, align the print head and calibrated the line break.  Note that focus 3 on the print quality Diagnostics printout showed areas in white/white near the arrows, but unprinted areas also appeared on each 7/8 "in the set/bottom of the full page and calibrations of previous line break had not changed was not clear if the blank spaces seen were really due to power problems line.

  In any case, I noticed in successive test prints, that no printed space has changed a little bit stable after things after replacing the print head and of cleaning and calibrate things.   After still print tests (change in volume of ink, paint, modes of quality, margins, etc) portions of unprinted line (~7/8' down the entire page) began to shrink.  After having used the services of printer to do about cleaning printhead plus 4-5, 3-4 alignments print head, line 11 or if several calibrations break line and a lot of printing of tests between the two, non-printed portions have been reduced in height for only the width of a couple very ink drops (project or normal mode; no unprinted areas in don't best way).

  Thus even if the problem persists, it has been barely perceptible.  At this point, I'll just keep feeling and see if things eventually clear up all the way.  Maybe I'll try an inexpensive refurbished printhead later if things do not completely delete (to prove it fixed / improves things before buying a new expensive).  Note that at this point sight 3 to print the print quality Diagnostics always shows a notable, but very light gap point arrows (with a magnifying glass you can see it is not completely empty, but contains scattered points of ink and the gap is only a point or two high).

  So... maybe the printing problem is actually "fixed" - at least it is enough now usable for the print project routine / normal for most cases.

  I am responsible to print several years worth of e-mail via Microsoft Outlook 2013 (?) large files.  It will require a lot of paper and ink.  My printer has the ability to save ink for this work?  The color depth is not important... I just need to be able to read the text.

  Also, if you know... is printing an entire folder of emails just a matter of highlighting of all Emails in that folder and just hit "Quick print" on the right click... or?

  Yes, your Windows 10 system should have a project mode option in the print settings which will reduce the amount of ink on the page while maintaining a very readable copy.

  In order to select the quick project as print quality option, you will have to perhaps select the file, then print to view your tab first printing options.

  How can I make copies using a fast draft mode when I copy on the 4500 ENVY.  the mini display of the printer doesn't have a quick project option.  my HP 5514 do not have this option on its touch screen (but the broken printer after only 23 years - hoof of bad printhead that stop all printing in black ink).

  I can control the function of copy for quick project on my Mac?  I saw a copy option in the controls of printing... There is possibility to print quick project to print a document from my Mac... but a window control to "copy".

  I understand that you need a 4500 are you willing to make copies of project type. I will certainly do my best to help you with this problem!

  Once you choose to copy on the front panel of the printer, scroll to the bottom of the Menu copy and you will see a clear/more darker option. There, you can choose lighter, and who would be the equivalent of a draft mode.

  The quality of printing of documents printed from your computer is controlled be the printer driver on the computer.  The quality can be set from the PIXMA MG6320 himself.

  I have a HP DeskJet 1050 printer. It gives me 5 print options:
  1 paper, fast draft quality
  2 paper, normal quality
  3. paper, best quality
  .. .and 2 more for the specialty paper and photo paper.
  By default, the printer, is set to use the option 'plain paper, standard quality. '

  Printing is worse and faster quality project fast, faster and better normal, great, and slower in the best quality option. I want to print my IP project which consists of several screenshots of better quality. But I'm confused if better quality would use more ink. Normal quality prints at 300 x 300 dpi (dots per inch) and better quality prints at 600 x 600 DPI, more means none. points per inch... but that means really using more ink? I printed a small image in all the 3 qualities. Points of ink were large and clearly visible to the naked eye in the quality of the project fast, visible with a magnifying glass as normal and barely visible in the best print quality. All this means that the points of ink are more important as FD, smaller in normal and smaller in the best quality. But, I think that the amount of ink used is almost the same in all cases. The only difference is the size of the dots of ink. Best print quality with no great DPI(600x600), is why ink drops are smaller and it takes more time to spray the largest number of points of ink.

  What do you think of the amount of ink used in all 3 cases? Is it the same?

  The use of ink for 'normal' and 'best' is almost identical, the difference is the way the ink is applied and the printing speed.  The setting "fast draft" will use about half of the ink, but the quality is not as good, most noticeably in graphics to print.

  What operating system? Windows (XP, Vista or Windows 7) you go to the Printers folder, right-click on the Officejet 6500 a, select printer properties, preferences, options, and select plain paper for paper type and print quality project fast, apply.

  I try to save a doc word (about 60 pages) in PDF format, but I get the appearance fast printing. Confused.

  It depends what measures you use, but printing to a virtual printer that generates a PDF file is a common way to create PDF files. It also seems to be built into OS X, so it should work for any application.

• Problems to export a whole book project for an overview in PDF

  I use Photo 1.0.1 to make a book and I have problems to export to PDF.  Books is almost 100 pages but when I try to get a glimpse of a PDF file or export to PDF, it let me only to get a PDF of the first 16 pages. I have not seen a dialog box that allows me to adapt the numbering of pages.

  I tried to print in PDF format, but since the book is made up of a mixture of individual pages, and spreads it "spreads" to adapt to the standard page size clips and gives me margins on all of my pages full of purge.

  I'm working on the book for several members of the family and I wish I could send them a preview before you buy. It worked on the books I've done in the past and I don't know what has changed.
