  Just bought this HP 750-177c envy, and when I went to connect my instructors, I saw there are 2 HDMI ports on the back of the computer.  One of my monitors has an HDMI port, but the other monitor has a VGA and DVI port only.

  Hi all

  A new laptop had delivered today.  I have installed various software that I use and everyuthing was fine for a few hours that I have installed various bit of this and that.

  Then, all of a sudden I have connection and after my password entry screen, the laptop just hangs with the mouse cursor.

  BUT, I created a non admin user and it "s all very well.

  I tried various fixes I found online, including some here, but nothing seems to work.

  It is a unit refurbed FYI direct to laptops.

  I recently started to lose my Internet intermittently when I go to the list of internet connections that my network is not there and if I just wait for sometimes 10 minutes and sometimes a hour poof it appears. At the same time, in this case I check my phone and Tablet and they are both connected to my network, but also my wireless hp printer. Any suggestion would be appreciated thx

• ENVY is not detectable 2 camera

  In my HP ENVY 2 internal cameras aren't dected.  Used to work then the rear facing camera has deteriorated and now both before facing & back cameras stopped functioning and their programs and drivers are not visible everywhere.

  This seems to be a common problem in HP computers - I see a lot of messages on the cameras are not detectable but not solutions.  I also see a lot of complaints on the HP Support for the issue being no existing.  This is the last HP computer, I'll buy - there's a reason why they are cheap.

  Here is how I solved the problem:

  Control Panel > Device Manager > system devices > camera sensor OV2720 (updated driver) and OV8830 (update driver) then restart

• Cannot delete old help files

  IQ506 tired BSOD after updating Win7-64 on original Vista 64. Finally decided to do a clean install. 3 months and works well. When I did the clean install, for some reason, it creates a windows.old folder. Now, I'm trying to delete this folder and cannot do. He repeats to me I need admin approval. There is a computer at home and I am the only user and I've set up as the admin. I DL file called appropriate and he ran on the entire folder and subfolders. Still, I can't delete this folder. I have this same problem on external USB drives where I made backups going back several years. I have to constantly run him appropriated so I can manipulate files. I have worked with and built my own system dating back to the old time CPM, so I'm not a beginner. I understand trying to systems 'fool proof', but please, these are MY files and I should be able to remove. Sometimes I miss the old days BACK. (But I * beep * of course would not go back to the old days of Windows 3.1 unstable, the old diskettes and 20 discs hard meg!)

  Yes, I am a senior and I still want more recent/more great technology. I love Windows 7 but these rules administrator and lock out is driving me crazy. I know how to set up other users and limit their access, as I did for my daughters computer and my little children. But it's my computer, and again, I am the only user. What Miss me?

  Solution has been made so very simple. Seems he could have nothing more than a problem of refresh. I clicked on the Windows icon, click on logout of the user and then connected rear (even if I'm the only user account.) When I returned to windows.old, I could remove all without error. Better the process of re - install. Simple is always better. I still decided to never leave a machine or a system to get the better of me. Thanks for your help and maybe this simple step will help you others.

  1. I get no response to external IP addresses with my permit icmp echo. I have to specify what type of ICMP traffic as echo response on the end of the statement of license? I assumed not to put a specific function of what ICMP permit would allow all ICMP traffic, but I guess I was wrong.

  The question is now that you have an incomplete encryption card on your PIX, which effectively blocks ALL outgoing traffic. Add the following line:

  > card crypto outside_map 9 match address outside_cryptomap_9

  to your PIX. This should get the traffic flowing again. Although passed by the hit counters your ACL, try to ping the host Bluff_Outside to test your ping? If so, then your config crypto says to encrypt all traffic as well, which probably won't work unless the Bluff is configured correctly. Better to make things as simple as possible while you are testing, then I recommend to take the crypto stuff for now with:

  > no outside_map interface card crypto outside

  Reading through your original post, when you access list only allowing certain protocols TCP, and you found that it did not work, was it web browsing that didn't work? If so, whether you have been reviewed by name rather than IP address, and depending on where your DNS servers, you probably also needed to enable DNS lookups via (udp port 53). MANY people forget this.

  In addition, in my humble OPINION, most of the clients that I have seen that initially only allow certain outgoing protocols, eventually find it's more pain than anything like their users say "I need to use this Protocol" and "I need to use this Protocol. Just be tired if you want to go down this road without a valid reason, you can cause a lot of extra work for yourself. What could be easier is just to make sure that your inside the subnet and only your home subnet, can get out by doing:

  > acl_outbound 192.168.50.0 ip access list allow 255.255.255.0 any

  This limited kind of all other connections rear door inside your network by your PIX and Internet connection, but still allows all your users go out and do what they want. Oh you obviously.

  To access the front camera, will be the camera is on and showing the live mode view, wide upward from the bottom and you will see a taskbar with the option 'change Camera.

  I see another post, that you have created that you had difficulty with some applications uninstall.

  To restore Windows to factory, off the shelf.

  Hold down the power button and the Volume button simultaneously for a few seconds.

  A screen lights up showing some options.

  Choose F11 for the system recovery option and follow the prompts.

  Hope that helps.

  PS: If this is the first time you used a Tablet, you may prefer the traditional workstations such as Windows 7 has. You can install Classic Shell Setup on the tablet of flows for the old office and it will work as well as it does on a tower or laptop.

• Ports USB 3.0 on Pavilion hp8 - 1070t does not

  Just bought a HP Pavilion HPE h8xt (also called hp8 - 1070-t) with the player 15-in-1 memory card, 4-port USB 2.0 (front), audio, 2 USB (rear-facing top of page).  The upper part (rear panel) USB ports are USB 3.0.  They do not work.  Device Manager reports "this device does not work properly because Windows cannot load the required drivers for the device (Code 31)." These ports are detached from the motherboard (IPIS8-CH2).  The pilot is reported as < tihub3.sys=""> . HP support wants me to a full recovery, but it's a waste of work of three days that I am not willing to take as every other thing on the machine works.  People tell me that others have had this problem with this device.  Someone at - he found a solution?

  Forward, I can open the tray of blu - ray, and I 2 (rear-facing) USB ports next to the audio above.

  Question #1: However, I couldn't find the memory card reader slots? Where is he?
