  I just bought a HP Envy 17 - j020us today. It came stock with Windows 8 is installed and I have, for my own reasons, decided to install Windows 7 above. Long story short, the installation has worked, for the most part. The only problem was that I was missing some drivers. However, there's still about 3 pieces of material that is not installed, the drivers with the network controller.   I recently bought a HP Envy 17-j020us to one of my vendors, but we only run windows 7 in our office

  I am trying to load windows 7 on this computer and cannot find drivers available for it, no network cards do not work, neither is really the other devices

  Finally he sucked and called AMD (since HP telephone support has been no help). They said the map right now HD 8570 is OEM only and since it is not offered as a public card video drivers do not exist for him. I was told to wait a few more months for the card to be released, and then the pilots should be achievable for Windows 7.

  I have upgraded to Windows 10 last night.   When I tried to configure the new Deputy of Cortana listen my mic system could not hear me.  Finally, the Setup process fails and says that my microphone is not compatible.

  All race through this issue?  Someone at - he was able to solve it?

  I have a HP ENVY Sleekbook 6-1126sa.  I need to have Windows 7 (not Windows 8). I installed Windows 7 (no UEFI). It's pretty simple. Now I find there is no Windows 7 drivers on the HP support site. HP support site advises to use Windows updates to update drivers or visit the manufacturer's Web site. Problem is I need an Internet connection to run Windows Update but cannot find the Ralink Wireless drivers. Looking for Ralink manufacturers website I find http://www.ralinktech.com/en/ (which States that the Ralink site merged with the Web of MediaTek site and one for pilots redirects to http://www.mediatek.com/_en/07_downloads/01_windows.php). Maybe somebody has an idea which driver I'm supposed to use? Updates of Windows actually work?

  Does anyone know if HP intend to provide Windows 7 for HP ENVY Sleekbook 6-1126sa laptop drivers (and indeed any other portable newly acquired)?

  In addition to these drivers, you will need to install the drivers for the AMD chipset from the link below for the smbus and usb3 controllers.  You want the 1st listed file.  Install and reboot the PC.

  I recently downgraded from Windows 8 for Windows 7.

  Since then, my Beats Audio works closely with the lower quality (not like the charge and I don't see notification of volume when I press the hardkeys for more top/more low volume.)

  I guess I'm missing some driver, but I couldn't find anything else to install.

  I use HP Envy dv6t-7200

  Windows 7 64 bit

  I downloaded all the possible drivers for my model from the HP drivers, as well as all Windows updates possible site.

  I tried to go to the Device Manager and manually check for driver updates, but it says that windows has determined that my drivers are up to date.

  The records shown in the audio device manager are:

  -Intel(r) Audio display

  I can find no mention of beats he...

  Can someone direct me to where I can download the correct drivers? Or any other solution, I'm missing?
