  I understand that you have a problem with Bluetooth.  I suggest you The HP Support Assistant to ensure that all updates are done running. Here is a link to the driver for your system and software page. HP ENVY 17-j070ca Notebook PC drivers. You will need to select your OS that you did not give it and click Next.  Now click on the network. Download the driver appropriate for your system and install.  If the problem remains, open the device handle and right-click on the Bluetooth adapter. Uninstall, now scan the events for the hardware changes, this should install the latest driver for it.

  I understand that when you plug your power wall adapter, the light comes on, but when you plug it in to the HP ENVY 23 light not illuminate. I suspect that your power adapter is defective. I'd be happy to help you, but first of all, I encourage you to publish your product for your computer number.   The problem is finally solved. I called and they forced me to shut down the computer and unplug everything including the charger. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds then put the battery back in and start your computer normally. Hope this solves your problem as well. It was so frustrating for me.

  If Microsoft Windows 10 associated is the Tablet Mode you're stuck, here are some steps that may help you to disable the Tablet Mode and return to the Normal display.

  • Click or tap the Start button
  • Launch the settings application
  • Click or tap on 'System'
  • In the left pane of the screen, scroll down until you see "Tablet Mode"
  • Verify that the switch is set on off.

  If this provided a solution for you, please click Accept as a Solution while the other is which also turned on Tablet Mode knows how to turn off more quickly.

  If this does not work for you, I'd be happy to help you further and would need your model number (How can I find my model number or product number?) so that I can know what would be the best approach for a solution for you.

  Thank you all - my solution is to download version 17, instead of the current 18 & everything works fine. I have not tried to update at 18 yet but I read somewhere thinkI version 18 is not completely compatible with win8. In any case I also removed McAfee parent control post DOWNLOAD FFv17 because it was a pain!

  iPhones have a proximity sensor which is supposed to automatically turn off the screen when you hold it in your face. If this is not the case you can take the phone and have it checked.

  Here is a USB 3.0/2.0 to HDMI video adapter.  This may be an option that allows you to connect your 500 TS on your PS3.  I suggest you contact the manufacturer to make sure that it works before buy you.  There are a lot of other manufacturers that make this adapter if you do not like this one.
