    Hi tychomoon,

You cannot set a different tray for separately ePrint service,

However, you can set a default bin of the product, which will be used for ePrint as well.

  • Where can I get my printer to start code to use my eprint service? Help, please... Any who...!

I just bought an HP deskjet printer 3522, I finished with the installation, but I n, t know how to activate the eprint service. They gave me a website (eprinter.com) and a print code, but there are too many links. Couls someone tell me what is the correct link to configure my eprint service. Thank you...

    Hi JC,.

I think this video is what you are looking for.  The video uses a different printer for installation; is not important, only the initial steps are very similar.  The video shows you how to set up the connection ePrint, what to type and where to type it.

One thing to look out for:

When you choose your options, it's your 'allowed senders' list, you may want to RESTRICT the list to only yourself and maybe a few other email addresses of your choice.  This will help prevent your eprint printer to be overrun by spam.

  • 7520 HP eprint services error

Printer HP 7520 on Windows XP, I get the following error when you try to access the eprint services: submit Ajax failed: Error = 403, forbidden. Any suggestions?

When getting 403 error on the ePrint Center site code there are some processes that we can try to clear the error.

    1. use another browser to access the site. I list him first of all that it is the solution easier to use for that matter.  If we don't have another browser, they can use the following options.

    2. restart the computer and then try to access the site again.

    3. go in the settings of the browser and erase cookies, history and cache and then pull up Explorer again and try again to access the site.

What happens exactly?  If you log on to your account ePrintCenter, what is the status of your printer and all of the recent work that him?

  • Cannot add to 6500 a eprint services

I have a 6500 a. I print the print code mobile ePrint. I connect to eprintcenter.com and try to register. He said that the code is not valid. Among the reasons are that the printer can be registered to someone else. It's possible--I got the printer some time ago and it worked so I can have registered under a different account. But I don't see what it is.

So the instructions suggest I can generate a new code/printer email address. By disabling and re-enabling the printer and then print the code again.

I did it. Several times. The code is still the same and never works.

    Clues?

Hope you are doing well and welcome on the HP forum,

To reset your printer to the factory settings to keep in mind that this will clear all your current configuration in network settings printer incluiding you will need to reconfigure.

Press on and hold (#) and the number 3 all by plugging the power cord.

This should return the printer to the factory settings and give you a new printer code

Let me know if can be of any other assistance.

    Hope this helps;

When I first upgraded to Windows 7 Vista a few months ago, I do not download a new driver. Having recently some intermittent problems, I'v, now downloaded and installed Windows 7 driver for the device.

The print spooler service is running OK. I ran the diagnostics for Windows trial and it does not find a problem.

When I print from (say) Word, all indicators say that the RFSO be printed - but it's not. And there is nothing pending the printer either.

  • Could not get the "EPrint printer Code" no Services Web Page.

I am trying to connect my impression to the Eprint Services. When I get to the IP given to me by the Configuration Page I printed, I you and can not find a tab HP Webservices to print the button print information sheet.

I have a HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw color printer.

Can someone please help soon, I am trying to get this resolved quickly.

    SNWLeader,

Looks like you need to update the firmware on your printer, as web services has not been added to a newer firmware version.

To do this, you will need to download the updated firmware from HP LaserJet utility.

    For Windows: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=lj-86491-5&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&os=4062&product=4052972&sw_lang=

    For Mac: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=lj-94937-3&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&os=219&product=4052972&sw_lang=

Run that program and it will install the latest version of the firmware on your printer. After you do this, go back to printing EWS by putting the printers IP address in the browser address bar. You should now see a tab of web services. After you enable web services, give him a few moments and your code printer will print off the coast!

  • Reviewers gave me the impression that worked ePrint * now *.

I just bought a D110a so I could print from my iPad. I set up and surprise... no ePrint.  I want all the media has agreed to keep the silence in their comments that this feature doesn't exist in reality.

Thus, it will be soon available? I mean, as many of us already had perfectly good printers, but this particular product just for this feature...

ePrint service is effective July 15, 2010 @ 13:00.  My printer showed an expectation of the update, I've updated and printer print all information, including the new address eprint.  Sent an email to my HTC HD2, printer received in 5 seconds foto, printed the photo (5 x 7) in less than a minute.  Excellent service!

  • Photosmart wireless 6510 works very well, but how now to enable web services & eprint?

New wireless photosmart 6510 works well with my laptop (Windows 7) to home & router; How can I activate the web & eprint services NOW? During the initial installation, I was short of time and I think that the antivirus intervened and I don't have a printer email address. He said that I could do it later - how? When I use the Web Services Panel to printer it tells me that I am not connected to the server.

Is there a pure easy way to add web services now without upsetting my wireless network settings?

    bjhulse22,

The steps below a usually resolve the problem you are experiencing:

    1. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.

    2. unplug the power cord at the back of your router (and the modem, if they are separated from the router).

    3. wait 20 seconds, then plug the router (and the modem, if necessary) in.

    4. wait for 30 seconds, then plug the printer back and power.

    5. press the button on the front of the printer ePrint, and it should try to connect to Web Services again.

These steps usually fix the problem, but if it persists, you can try definition of network information static for the printer (which is sometimes useful to stabilize the ability of the printer to get outside of your network to the internet):

    1. print a Configuration Page from network network printer or wireless menu.

(Select the wireless icon, select 'Settings', select "Display Network Configuration", select "Print Info")

    2. open a Web browser and type the IP address of product (from the network Page of Configuration) in the address line. The HP - Embedded (EWS) Web server should open.

    3. click on the tab 'Network' (in the top menu), then click on the 'Networking' link (in the left menu), then click on the link "network address (IP).

    4. click on the small round button next to the "Manual of intellectual property", then fill in the fields with the information from the Page of Network Configuration (IP address, subnet mask and default gateway).

    5. under "Setting up the DNS addresses", fill in the fields with the following text:

    -Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8

    -Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4

    6. click on the "Apply" button and the settings must be updated. Once the settings are updated, turn the printer off and then back on.

    7. try to reactivate Web Services.

Let me know if you have any other questions, please!

  • Sudden issue with eprint & allowing any application or web services

    Hi all

I have a case with HP and spent 4 + hours on the phone with support eprint people and people of departmental support. Unfortunately, they are now gone for the weekend, and I'm still stuck here with a defective system - and have to leave this weekend on businesses (need a business printer works!)

I hope someone here can help you.
    I have a x576dw MFP

Connected to a Netgear router hardwired

Worked very well with eprint services (set up and printing of daily) for 1 + months

23:00 last night, I sent several jobs to the printer and I noticed today that they were not there. I checked the print server web printers and find that the IP settings had not changed (of course) when he worked the day before. The same IP address, DNS, default etc. same gateway.

I ran through all the scenarios/patches that I could find online, to change to the evolution of tests and test with DHCP, changing to wired & test with static and wireless Wi - Fi but a different outside the range of the DHCP IP address, change the router to which the printer is sitting on (I have 3 routers), change the config to link change the primary DNS and secondary only be both addresses from Google (8.8 and 4.4), etc etc.

ePrint crossed (frustrating) exactly the same steps with me and decided that it was a printer problem. They handed me off the coast for the guys from companies who wanted to do exactly the same steps as for the moment (of course). I did just to get through... (note that I can print correctly on the LAN of all routers), and at the end of technical support told me to try a restore to default settings and start over.

Do you have this (gr) - same error. When I go to the same activate eprint or apps that it says "Web Services could not be activated". I get the same error on the web interface for the printer.

Help! IM at a loss total here and HP wants to blame the eprint team, the eprint team wants to blame business solutiosn HP!

(Other notes... I have checked the firmware, it is updated. I checked also up-to-date web software)

    Frustrated to tired business chick!

Hey, happy that we were able to work.

I will contact you on the subject to find the failed unit on your part. We will send to a R & D facility.

  • Unable to connect to Internet service/ePrint C310a

I have a new C310a. It works well with wireless printing. However when I try to connect it to the ePrint, services Web services or search the program updates it shows an error message "problem to connect with the web service server. I have no problem with the internet connection of any of my computers. I printed the network configuration page, I can connect to the printer (http://HPCExxxx) web server and test network printing shows no problem.

It seems that something is on the side of HP Server who does not work well

You can go to eprint.com and just to test the connection.

I think the problem is with your DNS. Do you use a special DNS or anything that uses only your Internet provider?

  • ePrint stopped working on iPad - new

I'm frustruated - ePrint services seems to stop working after a few weeks of success, and now I can't restart.

I have a 4th generation iPad.  The user of the iPad has a HPConnected account with a printer to this topic.  I deleted and added the printer on this account, generate a new code for it.

When I send an email to the printer, I did not receive the email receipt-it's as if the field does not yet.  Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), my e-mail does not print.

    Please notify.

    Thank you

    Dan

    Hi Dan,.

I pulled the following the link post below and maybe it's a bit to relavent to your question.

It appears in the message that the e-mail message is blocked at the initial entry of HP servers, separating the known areas (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) of those does not recognize (like rr.com, cingular.att.com). I have a strong feeling that 'tesco.net' is one of these that it is filtering (but this is speculation because I do not have access to algorithms implemented for the servers).

Try to send the email from a gmail or yahoo.com email account if you have access to one.  Also, please change your previous posts to the black of any reference to your personal e-mail address where you receive e-mails unsolicited through this public forum.

  • 8600 Officejet Duplex Scan and Eprint

I have a question on the HP Officejet Pro 8600. I have a Mac and Mac OS x installed Lion:

    (1) how to scan HP scan3 2sided/duplex?  There is no option to choose to scan duplex, I have installed duplex accessory and I checked in the system Prefereneces > Print & Fax > Open print queue > Configuration printer > driver > HP 2 accessory sides of impression. See the image of what my options and screen looks like.

    (2) how can I configure my eprint settings when I print through Google Cloud or to my email to the printer to print duplex/2sided? I have looked at the online account but couldn't find an option to print

    Hello

You have the 8600 OfficeJet from HP (N911a) or the sign more (N911g) or model Premium (N911n)?

Only the last two models offer features of duplex ADF (copy of original 2 faces), the basic model only provide double-sided printing.

The ePrint service does not support duplex printing, you can find that he listed in the documentation of ePrint:

Are there any limitations that I should be aware of when using ePrint?
Duplexing (printing on both sides of the page) is not supported.http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03721293

You can work around this limitation by using the mobile software HP ePrint, which allow printing to a remote printer using the software on your Mac:

    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=22744&prodSeriesId=5098100&prodNameId=5098101&swEnvOID=219&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ds-104730-2

Once the software is installed, you can access it from the print in the drop of PDf dialog box.

    Kind regards

    Shlomi
