Any suggestions?

  Currently, HP does not provide a solution to scan for Android OS.

  Scan from the front panel allows you to scan to a computer only and not to any mobile OS.

  I would say lets you search the Android Market for any part 3rd scan because HP ePrint application home & Biz provide currently scan capabilities for iOS of Apple and Nokia Symbian as you can find below:

  How can I scan multiple pages into a single multi-page PDF file?
  I saw posted similar questions, but I have not found all the right answers. The Council alone that I saw was to scan each page in a separate PDF document, then merge them into a single PDF using third party software.
  Of course, I don't want to do.
  I can't believe that there's really no way to do it using the existing HP printing/scanning utilities provided with the hardware.

  The HP scanning software (start > programs > HP > Photosmart HP 5510 series > HP Scan) select PDF and make sure that the resolution is 300 dpi or less.

  Make sure the option Show Scan preview is checked, and click Scan.

  Once the first page of scanning is finished, place the next page on the window and click on the button "+" under the scan preview...

  Once you are done click Save.

  I noticed that you wonder if there is a faster way to scan a PDF document with your HP ENVY 4500 e-all-in-one printer. I'd be happy to help you with this.

  What I recommend that we do is to add the HP scanning icon to the taskbar.

  To do this: Open file by dragging it from the edge Explorer screen, tap Find (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then clicking search), registering file Explorer in the area of research and then by typing or clicking on File Explorer.   Hey thanks AlwaysNeon.  I had downloaded the latest drivers, etc..  I agree, she should be with MS Windows.  I did a query in their forums, but nothing jumped out as a viable solution.  I have a workaround if... to print the file to a PDF creator and download the PDF in this way.  Another step involved but it works.  Onward through the fog...

  Scan does not not on my HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-One.  The power button flashes when you press scan. Everything else works.  I tried to unplug it from the wall socket and reconnect it.  Not solve the problem. What else can I try?  Or, is it a piece of junk now and needs replacement?   My laptop (windows vista) did not go into repairs several months ago. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

  I noticed the problem you are having with your Officejet Pro L7680.

  I understand that you notice the scanner bulb turn off and it's causing most of your explorations or copies of out of the black. It is a hardware problem that seems as the scanner begins to fail. I have a guide below for you that means two things to try, however, if the guide does not solve the problem, I would suggest calling technical support of HP. They have an option of recovery for you to buy a new unit.
