HP Officejet 4632: Scanning and printing photos

How many pages it can scan simultaneously? Is there a certain type of photo paper that should be used with this printer?

Hi @Faye24,

Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support with your request.

I understand that you have questions about scan using your HP Officejet 4632 e-all-in-one printer and photo paper. I would like to help.

There are two ways to analyze, either starting from the glass tray, or by using the automatic Feeder (ADF) of Document.

You can scan pages as much as you want. The ADF has a capacity of 50 sheets, so able to load 50 pages up there, if you had to.

The big glass dish limits you to a single page at a time, but when you scan with the HP software it is a button that allows you to scan and create a multiple page PDF when scanning of the bucket.

If you need assistance with the analysis please let me know what what operating system your computer is running so I can provide the appropriate documentation.

When it comes to photo paper, photo paper sizes supported and weight.

HP recommends using HP photo for best results of printing paper. You can click here to see the photo paper HP is available.

Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

  • Document scans and prints in portrait mode, when I record it is in landscape

HP Office Jet 8600 with a MacBook Air, when I scan a document to a page it scans and prints in portrait mode, but when I save it, it appears like landscape on portrait paper

It's the solution I found, that it is from Robb92014:

"Same problem here. The solution is easy - just use preview when you use the HP 8600 to analyze. Just put your documents to be scanned on the charger and the Preview/file/import to officejet pro 8600. A screen then you can only toggle switch various odds & ends, such as PDF and TIFF. Save all scans in a single document; duplex; etc.

    Works easily. »

  • HPLaserJet pro mfp m125nw: Smartphones using scanning and printing

    Hello

I want to buy a printer hp laserjet mfp m125nw pro. But I want to know is - it possible to use android and iOs smartphones to connect to this device for scanning and printing files? If so, how can I do? Is there any application to do this? This device has an internal ethernet and wireless adapter?

    Thank you

    Hello

Your printer supports AirPrint and ePrint:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c04086790

You can print and scan using few applications especially HP AIO Printer Remote app, print and scan as long as your printer and other devices are on an SAME network. Please use Apple Store or Google Store/game to install the application above and you can use this application to scan (and print).

    Kind regards.

  • PSC 1210 all-in-one: hp psc 1210 order copy but scan and print

Until recently the copied PSC 1210, scanned and printed.  It copies is no longer in black & white, or rather when I press the copy button, the scanning starts and the printer prints a blank page.  Without moving anything, I can scan the document (Windows Fax and Scan) and print it using the same PSC 1210 and it prints perfectly.  A color copy prints a few characters in blue/green.  No recent change in hardware or software (other than the Microsoft updates).

    Hi @will-not-copy,.

Maybe the problem is related to the ink, especially the black ink. If I understand your description that you can scan and print again, but you are unable to copy. Copying and scanning use the same hardware components so ideally if we work so should the other. Copy and print using the same ink system so if you can print, you should be able to copy; However, the impression of the computer may produce a composite black, which means that the colors combine to make black, when copying the printer can pull out the black cartridge to produce black. That's what I mean when I say that the problem might have something to do with the he black cartridge.

I would like to print a self-test report to see if the printer hardware can produce black ink in stand-alone mode. To print a report, use the following steps:

    1. Load the plain, white paper into the paper tray.

  • Hp2452: Hp2542 scanning and printing

Just bought this all-in-one, but can't seem to know how to analyze an element then print it immediately

    @Beatle1

I don't know any that you can do - at least not with this printer.

    Comment

The data output "scan" should have a place to go that recognizes the printer.

The printer can not save the analysis itself (missing the ability of the internal program to do); the analysis should be shunted to a destination, it's a smart device as a computer, which knows how to translate the raw data into a file format.

Once the data are translated and saved in a format appropriate for the type of scan, and then you can send data to the printer and the printer can present a paper copy of the information.

Assuming that you have a Windows (or even Mac) computer, you can use the printer software to scan and then save the analysis to the computer data.  You can then ask the printer to print the file made from these data.

  • 8600 Officejet Duplex Scan and Eprint

I have a question on the HP Officejet Pro 8600. I have a Mac and Mac OS x installed Lion:

    (1) how to scan HP scan3 2sided/duplex?  There is no option to choose to scan duplex, I have installed duplex accessory and I checked in the system Prefereneces > Print & Fax > Open print queue > Configuration printer > driver > HP 2 accessory sides of impression. See the image of what my options and screen looks like.

    (2) how can I configure my eprint settings when I print through Google Cloud or to my email to the printer to print duplex/2sided? I have looked at the online account but couldn't find an option to print

    Hello

You have the 8600 OfficeJet from HP (N911a) or the sign more (N911g) or model Premium (N911n)?

Only the last two models offer features of duplex ADF (copy of original 2 faces), the basic model only provide double-sided printing.

The ePrint service does not support duplex printing, you can find that he listed in the documentation of ePrint:

Are there any limitations that I should be aware of when using ePrint?
Duplexing (printing on both sides of the page) is not supported.http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03721293

You can work around this limitation by using the mobile software HP ePrint, which allow printing to a remote printer using the software on your Mac:

    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=22744&prodSeriesId=5098100&prodNameId=5098101&swEnvOID=219&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ds-104730-2

Once the software is installed, you can access it from the print in the drop of PDf dialog box.

    Kind regards

    Hello
I have problem with printing on A4 paper
When I print a picture I see photo online
    What is the solution?

    Hello @alijames ,

    Welcome to the HP forum.

I understand that you have a print quality problem.

I would like to help with this.

It could be the quality of the paper, and it might be as the image itself.

Or you need just to adjust the quality of normal at best.

In this case it is the printer, try the following document.
