HP Officejet Pro L7590 all-in: HP officejet Pro L7590 prints 1/2 of the line of text on several lines of the document

I received an email for the diagnosis of the printer and I was prompted to install the updated drivers and I did it and now when I print the test page, I get several lines of text that displays only the top or the bottom 1/2 letters across the page, I printed a self-test diagnostic Page and printed everything in pink , but it does not print 1/2 letters across the page as a test page, then I printed a page of print quality and it did the same as the test page and it does the same thing as the test page, then I tried calibrate spacing of thought which may fix the problem but does not , what can I do?

When a job is sent to the printer (web, Word, Acrobat, etc.) the printer keeps printing multiple pages of the document.  Sometimes it will print the first page and a second partial page, then it reprinted again and stop at the same place on the partial page.  She does over and over again.  I ran the HP Diagnostic Utility and it was impossible to print a test page, even after turning the power on power off, then on.   Any suggestions, or is * another * bad printer?  The first was sent and replaced, so I think that this model is just a lemon.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work.  I tried to reinstall the driver altogether package three times with no result.  I ran the utility programs that supposedly allows you to solve problems, but public services could not even to generate a test page.

It seems that I finally found a solution, however.  I installed an older driver for MS Vista 64-bit, and that seemed to do the trick.

    Hi @realestatejeann,

I see that you have found one black vertical line when using the ADF. With a few steps, we should be able to solve this problem.

Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  • OfficeJet 4500 510n - print jobs stuck in the queue when using wireless

    Hello

I bought just a new Officejet 4500 510n yesterday and I have a Dell with Windows 7 64 bit laptop that I connect to the USB or wireless. The reason for this is that sometimes, the laptop is not right next to the printer and we need to print things (for example, my wife works upstairs sometimes with the laptop and the printer is downstairs in the living room). I was able to get the configuration of the printer on both the wireless and USB without any major problems and it prints fine when I print via USB. However, when I print wireless, the print job appears in the queue and shows that it is printing, but he never curls work all the way. The work gets "stuck" while waiting in line, for example, it gets stuck at 772 bytes of 940 bytes

I downloaded the HP Print Diagnostic here tool and ran it and and it passed all the tests first time. However, when I goto the last test, which is to print the test page, it sends the print job to the queue and then everything gets stuck as indicated above. I was able to cancel the job and it comes off very well, but restarting the work does not work, it just get stuck again. Meanwhile, I don't get ANY error messages at all.

Here's what I've done regarding troubleshooting:

    -Ping the printer - spent

-Restart the service print spooler - no change to the problem

-Check that the printer is set as deafult - spent

-Update of HP Ran to ensure there is no missing updates - found 2 updates and install them

None of the above has solved the problem, so I'mm this ad here in the hope that someone may have had this problem before and fixed it.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply.

It turns out that I could solve it myself. I went to add the printer wireless on another laptop, I have here on my home network and it printed a page of test very well, so I thought it must have been a bad installation on the main laptop.  I removed everything and reinstalled as a wireless printer, and it worked perfectly. Amazing what can make a bad installation.

    Hi @chaloupay,

I'd love to help you with your Officejet 4620! Thank you for taking the time to post in the Forums of HP.

I understand that you were able to print until recently, and now you see an exclamation point on the screen of the printer. Performing printing and Scan doctor could help. HP printing and doctor Scan is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly resolve problems printing, scanning and connectivity, including but not limited to:

USB: Check that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product works properly.

Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working properly.

    • Device Status Test: checks the errors of the device, such as paper, paper jams, stands transport and paper issues and provides instructions to resolve the error.

    • Driver: checks the driver missing or corrupt files.

    • Device Manager: check the problems in Device Manager that could prevent printing.

    • Device online: check if the product has been suspended or put in offline and then sets the State back in line if necessary.

    • Print queue: checks and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a newspaper for printing waiting to print).

    • Port Match: check the port settings for the HP product.

    • Device conflicts: check the conflicts with other drivers, such as the other brands of printers.

    • Ink issues: check the cartridges and the ink levels for issues that affect the print quality.

If this does not resolve the problem, after back and let me know if there are all the symbols except the Green checkmarks and what they are next of course. The key is not always easy to find that the key and the box are both in a green circle.

    • If you see only the Green checkmarks (), the tool did not find any problem.

    • If you see green sides (), the utility identified a problem and fix it automatically.

    • If you see yellow exclamation points (), the test failed and requires monitoring of the user, but the step was ignored.

  • If you see a red X (), follow the onscreen instructions to fix the problem.

  • Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance. In fact, if this helps you to find a solution, please click on the button "Accept as Solution" down below in this message.

  • Photosmart Prem C410 all-in-one: our laptop and printer AiO are on the same network, but laptops can 'see' printer

Our two portable Windows 10 both our Photosmart Prem C410 AiO printer are connected to the same network (as evidenced by checking the name of the network of all 3 devices).  We were able to connect between laptops and printer without problem (printing, scanning, etc.).  A blow, or laptop computer can "see" the printer.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on two laptops, but when I enter the IP address of the printer as part of the installation process, I get the error message (on computers) "your printer is not found on your wireless network.  I used the wireless Wizard connect to the printer, restarted the wireless router and restart the two laptops... the IP of the printer stays the same every time and laptops and printers continue to be connected to the same network named.  Help

On the printer's wireless radio was 'on' but I clicked OK anyway.    Disconnected and reconnected to the network and noted the address IP of the printer had changed.  Laptops are now able to see the printer.  Problem is solved.

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 8610: Printer cannot connect to the new wireless network

I got the OfficeJet Pro for a while and everything worked very well (including wireless printing from my Mac and iPad AirPrint). Yesterday, we got a new Modem Router (from Ubee). As I tried to connect the printer with the new network, I fail miserably.

Here's what I've tried several times: on the small screen of the printer, I select: Network Setup > wireless setting > Wireless Setup wizzard. The printer seems to networks, find the network and asks me the password, I get the password (I did this several times, so no typos!). The printer then "trying to connect to the network"... then it crashes: for a very short moment, I get a blue screen with a white error code (not always the same, for example.) B3FF3802) and then the message "error in the printer, turn off the power, then press.

I turned off the printer and turn it back on several times (incl. pulling out the power plug and restart after a while), but when I go through the steps above, but I just get the same endresult.

I deleted the old network as I feared it might interfere with the creation of the new network. No noticeable effect.

I printed the "results of the wireless network test," which confirms that "your HP printer is unable to connect to your wireless router. In the results of the diagnosis, he states that 'network name (SSID) was found - Fail.

I quite understand the message that the printer detects the network and shows good SSID / network name. I thought to enter the SSID manually but can't find where I could do.

I'd be very grateful for any suggestions on what could be the problem (I can't imagine that the printer would not work with a new router... I searched the internet and found stuff on 'Hello compatibility', but do not know which is the issue I'm facing.

    Thanks for your help!

  • HP Officejet Pro 8610: printer directly connected to the Internet

I'm trying to register for the HP ink cartridges.  The application calls a code to write on request.  However, the printer tells me that Web services are not enabled on my printer.  How can I connect a printer directly to the Internet.  I use a USB cable to connect the printer to my laptop.  Can someone help me so that I can complete the application of the ink?  Thank you!

    mcbrighde

    Hello @mcbrighde,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand you are trying to join the instant ink program, but need assistance in obtaining your printers code request. I would like to help.

In order to get the printers claim code, you will need to have the printer on a wireless network. An ethernet or LAN connection will also work. This will give the internet access to the printer so that the ink levels can be monitored.

You need not remove your USB connection for the printer on the wireless network.

The following link will help put your Officejet Pro 8600 on the wireless network.

HP OfficeJet printers - printer wireless (Windows) installation

Once the printer on the network, tap the icon of ePrint/Web Services to enable Web Services and acquire the printers claim code. The icon you are looking for is in the lower left corner of the screen printers.

You can also use the following link to view more detailed instructions.

If you need further assistance or have any other questions please let me know.

I'll be happy to help you.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600 Print more stuck in the wireless network that

My windows computer uses XP with SP3.

I recently installed this new printer / all-in-one. The printer is used in a business office. Earlier in the day, the print function works fine. The function scan and I works pouvons fax direcltly to the computer. I can print from my I phone. But then, without any error message printouts begin to get stuck in printing (QC)

I can always print from my Iphone and I can always use the other functions (scan & fax). I can print to other printers on network.

I noticed that hpnetworkcommunicator.exe runs twice in the Task Manager when this happens and I end a session to release sometimes draws. In addition, when this occurs I can restart the computer and which also enables the printer working properly again. When I restart the computer, I'm going to finish the rundll32.exe process I've ever had to do before installation of the new printer.

Follow this document, sounds to me like you may have to uninstall/reinstall the printer software. Try reinstalling from the downloaded driver at www.hp.com under Support and drivers/Drivers and software. Good luck!!

    Hi François,

Try restarting your router by unplugging its power for several seconds, then let a minute or two to start.

Restart the printer as well and check for the difference.

If it does not help click on the network on the printer icon, tap Settings and select Newtork default settings, then try to restart the PC and try to print again.

Please let me know if this is useful,

Otherwise I would like to know the exact IP address of the printer.
