  A little more information would be useful if you are trying to determine why this situation occurred.

  (1) if the rules of Consolidation in the AppSettings = O, you must provide custom Sub consolidate rules written in the rules file.
  (2) each account has a parameter "IsConsolidated". Check if the accounts in question are absent from this indicator.
  (3) If you have customized consolidation rules, review them to see if they work or not.
  (4) it is always possible, that you have a situation where the data has been consolidated in fact, but you have turned off the Sub amounts calculated.

  You have the date and time on the machine itself? to do:

  Go to the front screen of the printer and make sure that the printer screen is on the home screen, if it is not, the light house at the top left lights. If so, touch and it will take you to the home page, then right arrow once and select settings, scroll to preferences and select it. At the top you should see the date and time, select this option and enter the date and time.

  When you export mark the part you want to use column incl. names
  Open your .csv in a texteditor, y at - it no additional space, strange letters, commas, etc.

  If your seeing odd times instead of dates, check that the information is correct as above.

  Note that if the sender is their computer set to 1970 date then you will get mail today from them with the date of 1970. Even if they think it's in October that is what will show their mail.   Contact your carrier and make sure that your account is configured correctly. Then go to settings/general/to comments and press the network name; This will cause the exceptional carrier updates to install (you will see a dialog box saying if an update is needed).   I did not the 6700 but on another machine, I had to 'reset', time and date in the printers preferences.

  If you haven't done it yet, go to Settings/preferences/time and Date on the All in One printer set up (once again if necessary).

  IF your machine does not have the time / date on the history report, it includes it in the Confirmation page?

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you want to add the date and time to your fax header.

  Your user guide indicates that only the name and fax number can be entered for the fax header (found on page 49). I even confirmed this on my Officejet 4630.  I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  What is the 'State' displayed for you?

  Open the Services applet (start > run > services.msc > OK) and scroll down to "print spooler".  The status should be started and the Startup Type should be automatic.  What are the parameters of your correspondents?  If your print spooler is stopped, you can try to launch it by clicking on the link, but I suspect that it stops again.  Please report the results of your efforts.
