HP pavilion 17 e049wm question win7 usb

Hi it :-)

I just installed Win7 on my new e049wm Pavilion 17 and installed what I think are all the drivers (following the instructions in this link, on the account that Win7 seems to be unsupported for the e049wm so far)

http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/notebook-operating-systems-and-software/looking-for-Windows-7-driver-of...

It works pretty well, but my device manager still reports an unknown PCI device, SM Bus controller, USB controller and unknown device. In addition, two usb ports on the left side of my laptop don't work! : s there at - it gurus of support out there that might lead me in the right direction to solve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would be disappointed to be forced using Windows 8 when it requires users to have accounts of microsoft simply use several 3rd party applications.

Thank you and best regards,

Hello:

For the SMBus Controller, you must install the drivers for the AMD Chipset, which is the first file on the Web page.

http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download/chipset?OS=Windows%207%20-%2064

The PCI device to the first driver on the Web page below...

The unknown device needs this driver...
