HP Pavilion a6110.sc with XP-> no sound

Hello

HP Pavilion a6110.sc with XP (pc supplied with vista)

Realtek AC 888 s chipset

The last time I managed to find and install the realtek drivers (among other drivers that I don't have anymore and can't remember what they were...), I remember that it was a long process, but finally the sounds were ok with XP--> for some reason--after 100000 installations, uninstallations, restorations etc - sounds started working all of a sudden.

This time, all my data from drive c was lost (with xp on it) so now I have accidentally install xp from scratch.

whalt drivers then... I should install and in what order?

I dropped...

bought Muse LT and everything started working immediately.

FJUK realtek without trained here combination.

burn too many hours trying and trying with her...

  • HP Pavilion Elite e9280t with Sound Blaster XFi Titanium - sounds coming out bad speakers

I'm having a problem with my HP Pavilion Elite e9280t with a SoundBlaster XFi Titanium soundcard.  The system seems to get confused when listening to some media files and multimedia out of web sites.  By confused, I mean that the main sounds come out of my rear speakers rather than the front speakers. Which should come out the rear speakers out of the front.

Ran the Creative Diagnostics and they test clean. The software correctly identifies the front speakers and rear.  The biggest problem is with web pages (YouTube, Hulu and others); However what happens with some media files (wmv, avi and flv) that I have on my system.

Speakers that I use are older, and I would be willing to replace if necessary to resolve the problem. They are a set of Labtec 5.1. If someone things I need to replace it, let me know any suggestions.

Thanks for any ideas where I can Explorer.

  • How to access the BIOS on a Pavilion Elite e9237c with mouse and keyboard wireless?

I have a desktop computer Pavilion Elite e9237 with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I tried to access the BIOS by pressing F10 at startup with no luck, and I can't access any of the other menus for the start-up eiither. I don't have a PS/2 port on my computer, so I can't get a wired keyboard and mouse. Does anyone know how to access the BIOS with this configuration?

I bought a USB keyboard and he answered in the same way... No bios access. I then studied why it did not work and discovered that it was the way in which he has been connected to the computer. I had initially plugged into a USB hub when he was not working and I moved it directly into a USB port and it works! I plugged my keyboard wireless directly into the USB port and it works too! Thanks for your help... I wouldn't have thought of it if it wasn't for to recommend you the USB keyboard.

  • MediaSmart Photo and Webcam does not not on HP Pavilion dm1-2150so with Windows 7

I have a HP Pavilion dm1-2150so with Windows 7. When I double click a photo that she usually opens with HP Photo Viewer, now it doesn't. When I choose "open with...". "another program like paint or Windows Photo Viewer there is no problem. HP Photo Viewer is the default program ("Preview with HP Photo Viewer" is the "BOLD" alternative, when I right click on an image).

I tried to open the program (both from the Start Menu and the MediaSmart button next to the Start Menu button), but it does not work either. The MediaSmart button, you can also "use the webcam' or"Watch movies and television", so I tried to open the webcam but who does not either. Although when I clicked on the «watch movies...» "- button, the video program works normally.

What's wrong? Should / can I reinstall the whole MediSmart and if so, how do I that?

    Thank you, Kell

    Hey Kell,

I think that you were right assuming that the best way to solve this problem would be to reinstall both applications - you can do the following.

First, download the programs installation for two applications using the links below and Save both in your downloads folder.

    HP MediaSmart Photo.

    HP MediaSmart Webcam.

When the completed downloads, windows, Control Panel, open programs and features, right-click on HP MediaSmart Photo and select uninstall - when it is finished, do the same for HP MediaSmart Webcam.

    Reboot the laptop.

When windows has completely recharged, open your downloads folder and double-click the HP MediaSmart Photo install to start installation - once this is completed, do the same thing for HP MediaSmart Webcam.

When the two facilities are completed, restart the computer again.

    Kind regards

  • Pavilion dv6 i3 with Window 7 64-bit. To start the HP logo appears, then I get a black screen

I have a Pavilion dv6 i3 with Window 7 64-bit. To start the HP logo appears, then I get a black screen with a blinking cursor. I ran all the tests start and everything this past. I tried all F8, F9, F10, F11, recovery options with no luck. I tried to start with the ERD Window 7 64 bit I created when I install the laptop. Nothing... I did it with all the disconnected device. No luck. I'm looking for all the options until I re - install windows. I started with the Windows 7 recovery DVD and it reads, but I cancelled the process because it will reformat the hard drive and I expect to work around all the hassels of having settings to reinstall the software, etc.. Any ideas would be welcome.

Thanks for the reply. I already tried these steps. I created a bootable floppy that I can get the data on the hard drive and am trying to restore windows to the recpvery of the DVD system that I ordered with the computer. Thank you

  • Problem on HP Pavilion dv7-6c90el with Windows 8 Pro x 64 on video card

    Good evening

I just finished installing Windows 8 x 64 Win7 Pro, I could find all the drivers for my laptop, but I have problems with the video card settings.

My laptop is a HP Pavilion dv7-6c90el with two graphics cards, one managed by the processor, because it seems to do, and the other is normally installed on the PC.

The cards are read by Windows as:

Unit 1: Intel HD Graphics 3000
Unit 2: AMD Radeon HD 6700 m Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.20)

the problem lies in the fact that the device must be a supported per second, or disabled, as it will not be. AMD video card must be set to 1 and the intel 2. If I go to the "Device Manager" to disable the card intel Windows, it works as if he was absent any video card, also installed driver is not correct because the card is an AMD Radeon HD7690M XT, the problem is that even if I uninstall this driver then always comes back. I also tried to download AMD Catalyst in the latest version, but can't find the card. It's as if the windows are imposed only use the unit 1, which, however, I can not disable the BIOS, because there is no voice. I note that Windows 7 had no problem.

I ask you to help me because I need the video card for my work performance.

Fixed the link - please try again

  • Problems with HP laptop Pavilion dv7-5004tx with the sound and video is this laptop being recalled?

    Hello I desperately need help.

I have a laptop HP Pavilion dv7-5004tx, which is about a month.

It's a really highy specced machine, 8 GB mem 1 GB card video etc.

The problem is that when it video or audio playe he stutter along. I sent to hp about this problem and they do not come back to me? It is currently running windows 7 64 bit home edition.

The model number does not exist when I search the site of HP?

I noticed on some laptop computer review sites that it was be recalled, but it was the only information I could get. No specefics.

I would really appreciate help from anyone out there? It seems as if HP tries to hidden it? There is no information about this laptop on any one of these sites (that I could find) and model number doesent exist on their site either.

I think I have found a solution to my stuttering audio and video playback. I disabled the HP 3d drivegaurd software and so far it seems fine. After a search in any of the HP forums support I discovered a number of people have had similar problems with various portable computers HP.

The solution seems to be to disable the car care software? HP aware of this and they do nothing to solve the problems with the drivegaurd software?
