  Asuming the printer is connected wireless, a flashing blue light indicates a lost wifi connection, the pritner is disconnected from your network at the time and so it will not be printed.

  Black ink that came in my 7520 missed today. I replaced it (with 564xl) but it stopped printing black completely.
