HP Photosmart more e-All-in-one Priter B210e

Printer prints all colors except black. There is a? in the upper right corner of the screen.

I tried to clean the printheads several times without a bit of luck to solve the problem.

I had this problem before and clean the printheads always worked.

What is the meaning of the? mark on the upper right of the screen?

I understand that you do not receive most Photosmart B210E ink. I'll do my best to try to resolve this problem. Please make sure that you have performed all steps in this HP document on fixing of the streaks of ink faded prints and other common Print quality problems

Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly ventilated:

In addition, the question mark on your printer shows usually upward when you go into the settings of your printer. If you tap the question mark, it opens the Help menu. Now, if you are still having the same problem, then try these steps of wire Bob_Headrick .

  • HP Photosmart more e-all-in-one printer - B210 text is too strong impression on paper.

    The text is too high printing on A4 paper.  I can deal with this problem when producing letters and reports by simply leaving a deep top margin, but I can't produce satisfactorily labels A4 sheets.

    I tried to change the paper size under tray settings/Main properties/device of the "letter" to "A4" - click on apply and OK - but when I check that the setting is always "letter".  As the length of the letter paper is shorter than A4, this can be the cause of the problem.  I was wondering why, why I couldn't set this parameter.

    I'm surprised that the printer default "Letter" at the A4 paper is more commonly used.

    The default values should be determined by the region on the printer and the computer settings. What region do you set the printer to use when you first set up? What area have located the computer to use? What operating system do you use? How the printer is connected to the computer?

    In the United Kingdom, the cartridges would be 364 series.  You can order black, cyan, magenta, yellow or pack combo with three cartridges.  The cartridge photo and four packs of color with the photo cartridge are not applicable for your printer.

    You can also use the XL 364 cartridges, they have more ink at a higher price, but at a lower cost per page.

    AT THE END OF THE YEAR, I BOUGHT THE HP PRINTER PHOTOSMART WIRELESS E-ALL-IN-ONE (B110A).  I REPLACED THE COLOR (364) CARTRIDGES, BUT THE CARTRIDGE BLACK (364), I BOUGHT IS NOT SAME SIZE ONE PROVIDED WITH THE PRINTER, IT IS MORE SMALL AND DOES NOT FIT IN THE SLOT.  DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?  NOW PRINTER CANNOT USE AS BLACK IS EMPTY AND CANNOT REPLACE IT AS THE 364 PROVIDED WITH THE PRINTER IS DIFFERENT FROM THE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.  VERY FRUSTRATING.

    I have a HP photosmart 2610v printer all-in-one.  It is 5 years and more.  It worked fine no problems until yesterday that I went to change the color ink cartridge. I removed an empty, put in the new one (removal of all packaging), closed dorrs and said of the window "insert the left dropout color ink cartridge.  So I deleted several times re closed the door and he went on to say the same thing.  I got before bad cartridges so I returned it to the store and they have exchanged. I came home with the new cartridge and did the same thing, and it keeps telling me to "insert the left dropout color ink cartridge. By the way, I only buy HP ink cartridges.  I had trouble with brands and refills is a new HP cartridge. I looked in the directory for troubleshooting and nothing seems to help me. My first difficulty to any computer problem is to restart or unplug and let it set for a little while and reconnect it. I did it too and he continues to say the same thing. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have linking problems with your Photosmart B110 printer.

    I've included a link to HP Wireless Printing Center Troubleshooting web page.  In the section entitled "your printer was working on the network before and now is not" there are clear instructions to follow when your router has been changed or updated.  If you follow the instructions you should be able to communicate with your printer.

    I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Sometimes, when you get this error message, maybe it's the ink or printhead may need to be cleaned.

    Follow the instructions below.

    To activate the fax confirmation
    1. press the arrow to the right and select Setup.
    2. press on the configuration of the fax, click Fax reports.

    • Discount - does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and receive faxes successfully. It is the default setting.
    • (Fax Send): Prints a report of fax confirmation for each fax you send.
    • On (fax) - prints a report fax confirmation for each fax that you receive.
    • On (Send and Receive) - prints a report fax confirmation for each fax that you send and receive.
