HP Premium - entry rpn - angle conversion

How to convert decimal degrees in hexadecimal degrees inclusive (' ° ' ") and vice versa in RPN mode?

The key does not work in this type of entry.

Hello

Your premium is updated to the latest version:

To find your current version, press home, help, tree, up-cursor, Enter.

Current version: 2013-11-25 (5447)

Edit may 29, 2014: new version available: 2014 3 31 (6030)

Update the first use a Windows PC connected to the internet, using the Kit first connectivity provided on the CD with the calculator.

The following method is recommended:

  • Connect your HP Calculator first via the supplied USB cable (connected directly, do not use a USB hub)
  • Start the HP connectivity Kit
  • Click the tab of the calculator
  • Right click on the name of the first HP you want to update (it would be that you connected before starting this procedure)
  • Write down the version number, and then click the OK button
  • Click the Help Menu and select Check for update
  • Look for the pop-up box to update, check the version number that is newer than the one you want to update.
  • Then click on the download button
  • That's it, you will see the update being loaded and installed on your calculator screen. Don't click too quickly out of the HP Connectivity Kit, wait a minute or two after the completion.
  • In addition, there are a step in the connectivity Kit where it is advisable to back up the version that you had before the procedure, just in case. This way, you have a way to cover again.

  • On the digital unit of string conversion

    Hello world

I'm trying to convert a digital control with min as a unit to a string.

The fact is that it converts in seconds before it updates the channel indicator.

I noticed that the format "in channel" will convert always first to the base unit (unit multiple value of units conversion value), as W kW (10 kW will display 10000 W) to watt unit.

Is there a way to format the entry without this conversion value to the first base unit?

    Thank you...

If you are looking for the syntax of using LabVIEW Format specifier, you'll see a unit option.

This is the format that you want to keep the string in a few minutes: g {min} %

  • magicJack works only with Windows 7 Home Premium.

magicJack will not run in Windows 7 Home Premium.  After TEN conversations with their Tech Support, they got it to work, but I have to manually install the program whenever I restart my computer.  Please Microsoft, catch these people to magicJack with Windows 7 Home Premium.

Yet once again, I could never the magicJack to install completely.  I tried on the computer of a friend with XP and it worked fine.  So, the problem is with the new Windows 7 Home Premium, and magicJack is taking their old time good to get on the same page.

I tried the convenience store and choose XP SP2, which must have worked, but Win 7 was told that it was not compatible.

Anyone with similar problems?  magicJack support is pretty bad.  You get what you pay for, AT & T.

    -Kurt

Actually, it is not Microsoft's work to ensure that third party vendors are "at speed".  They should do their research.  Windows 7 is available for some time now and there was enough time for the developers of the magicjack to have obtained a copy and correct their problems.  Your beef is entirely with the developers of magicjack. • The conversion failed 13-14 PES PES catalog

I can't convert Photoshop elements Photoshop elements 14 13 catalogues.  the last entry of PSE-conversion-log is: an error occurred in the SQLite database: cannot open database file.  The conversion failed.

I was finally able to convert my 13 catalogues PES to PES 14.  I don't know what action solved my problem but I changed a number of things.  First of all, I had installed 14 first PES at the same time as the installation of 14 pse above all catalogues have been loaded but had not opened first.  I opened the first with the catalog that I had managed to convert previously.  I left the first and rebooted my computer.  Secondly, I opened the pse 14 Organizer and deselected the option of automatic facial recognition in preferences > media analysis.  Catalogue conversion completed successfully this time.

Thank you for your help.  I think that my problem is now solved.

  • Syntax of HP to convert error

    Hello

I have a new HP first graphic calculator.  My old G 48 died on me, and decided to make the switch.  It's so different from what I am accustomed.

First of all, this is my first HP Info:

    Software version: 2014 3 31 (6030)

    Hardware Version: has

    Version number: 1.1.0 - 46

A function that I use a lot on my 48G was converting units.

So I tried starting using Convert on my first HP and when I tried to convert I had a syntax error.  Looked around in forums and somewhere, he updated firmware, I did.

Now I have 2 errors.  First of all, when I press "Convert", I get a new error: wrong number of arguments

Then when I try to convert I get the same error of syntax.

I think I know where the problem lies for the syntax error, when converting should put units (of) I think.  But for some reason any length that is not, for other units, he made (km2).

I tried the feature on the virtual calculator on windows and on the virtual server an everything works, but on my physical, I always get the same 2 errors (even when the units are in (), with no result.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thank you

Please let us know some examples of expressions that you tried, what you expected, and what has happened to the place.  ALSO please let us know how your premium is in (for example entry RPN, or CASE mode), because the first behaves very differently according to the home and CASE parameters.  The app is the active application (displayed in the title bar) can alter the behavior of premium.  When you know these things, we will be able to discern why you get syntax errors.

If I had to bet, I'd bet a nickel that the problem is due to your first RPN mode.  If so, you must use RPN, not algebraic syntax.  Example: 5_ft, Enter, 1_in, Enter, CONVERT-> 60_in (as well as on your HP 48).  Earn a penny?

DISCLAIMER: I do not work for HP. I'm a happy user of HP Calculator.

  • First: problems

    Hi all!

I got my new premium after Christmas 2015 and I have trouble with him...

First of all, there is no STO > on the home screen, all the boxes are black.

I can't type in the equations for the trace. It says number of bad argument, even when I take the manual examples!

I tried to push the reset button, but the problem is still there! Any suggestion on what to do?

Looks like you're in entry RPN mode.

    Could you try pressing:

Early shift (to have domestic settings)

Then in the original settings, select "Manual" in the selector to "enter".

  • prefixes and units of first hp

According to the manual, if you want to use a prefix with units, you select the prefix first. When I do this (after you put a value on the line of writing, of course), the prefix is indicated in brackets in the input line and the units menu disappears which is a surprise (I expect to wait until the units have been added). After that gate again the menu units and adding units, I press on enter and get a syntax error.

This behavior is not consistent. I just tried again and the prefix appears without brackets, the unit has hooks and I always get a syntax error.

I tried it in input mode of textbooks (I prefer RPN, but there are problems with the use anywhere but in mode 'calculator') does not. I must be missing something but have no idea what.

Even if I'm here, nobody knows why there is not set explicitly for calculators?

Also (you never know your luck), if someone wrote a good guide for the first HP? Whenever I pick it up, it brings me a new problem.

Ah, I forgot to mention that the parentheses are always required if the appliance no symbol of multiplication or division.  In algebraic entry mode, you must type the brackets yourself (if the device contains no mathematical symbols as division), so that literally, you type this:

    2_(km/s)

The manual entry mode and entry RPN mode type brackets automatically when you press the underscore character.

  • SignalExpress overload

    Sdltd,

I'm leaving the principle of overload on a channel say you if the tension of the string is passed above the Max (42.4 V peak Ridge premium) entry on the PXI-4462 device. There is no material given indicator that tells the computer in any way that there is an entry that exceeds the voltage max. The only way you'd be able to tell if it happened over voltage max would be if the rails of the device to the peak voltage. I wouldn't recommend testing the limits of your devices like this as this could damage your device. What you could do in SingalExpress would be to set an alarm, then what's the channel exceeds a certain tension, lets say 40 V pk at differential pk, acquire the DAQmx would stop. LabVIEW SignalExpress 2010 has features for alarms, is not the case with the SignalExpress THE.

  • Creating custom UIComponent

    Hello

I want to create a custom user interface controls. What I need is not only the counting or changing the appearance but creating new types of controls (these controls can possibly be skinnable components).

What I aim to is to have, for example, controls such as a vertical sliders or knobs. I wonder if these could be achieved by a cursor skinning.

Finally, I would like to a Jog-Wheel or the wheel, with a button in the Center, something like the old ipod.

I did several searches on custom components or controls interface user etc but so far could not find info on the count.

Anyone has any experience on the creation of new UIComponents reusable or you know some good examples or tutorials?

    Thank you!

I'm not sure of the qnx.ui.slider. Personally, I tend to avoid the libs qnx for portability reasons, and as I skinned my components anyway there is little reason to use them.

Here is my code for the knob on base. Its value is from 0 (completely to the left) to 100 (all the right way). It is not customizable and probably not usable in design mode, but it should help you get started.

    Cheers, - Jon-

I followed the steps you have mentioned and identified 32 bit libstdc ++. so.5 was missing, installed the same and everything worked.

    Thank you very much!!

PLEASE NOTE: Command-line parameters may be specified either by
position or by keywords. An example of the former case is 'sqlldr
scott/tiger foo'; an example of the latter is 'sqlldr control=foo
userid=scott/tiger'. One may specify parameters by position before
but not after parameters specified by keywords. For example,
    'sqlldr scott/tiger control=foo logfile=log' is allowed, but
'sqlldr scott/tiger control=foo log' is not, even though the
position of the parameter 'log' is correct.

  • Screen share within the premium on individual conversation

Whenever I try to use the share screen, Skype displays a Premium subscription window. I'm trying to use it on an individual conversation only and not on a group conversation that I know is paid. Any help?

Try hosting an audio call instead of the video and then make sharing. This should solve your problem

  • function math Evaluating in RPN premium

I saw above similar post and his response, but I still cannot find a way to use the beta function in the RPN.  When I put "CASE. "Beta (4.12)" on the stack, it just treats it as a text string and does not evaluate it.  Similarly for the "Beta (4.12).

    Any thoughts?

    BAF

    In RPN, type:

    4 entry

    12 entry

    Entered Beta (2)--> 1.83E - 4, the answer for Beta (4.12).

In RPN, the arguments must be on the stack before executing the function.  Some functions need allows you to specify how many arguments to use. in this case, we want Beta to use two arguments, where Beta (2).

    Hope that helps!

  • Conversion tables and the entries in the table

I'm working on a conversion table for our former products of FM unstructured to DITA. I understand the basic concepts, but I'm having a problem with the table cells.

I have P:CellBody in my conversion table, in the first row, mapped at the entrance with a cellbody qualifier.

I also TC mapped at the entrance.

The same applies to P:CellHeading, and Th.

Therefore, my text is wrapped in two input elements. The context tab to show the item says:

    entry

    entry

    line

    TBODY

    tgroup

    Table

    body

    NoName

    NoName

I'm sure it should be the same as above with the input only one element (and of course with the fixed NoNames which I think I know how to do; I just have not had here yet).

How to avoid get my cells wrapped in two input elements?

    Thanks in advance,

    Marsha

    Marsha,

I don't understand what you're trying to do, or what is exactly in your conversion table. Be aware, however, that FrameMaker will always create elements for the basic elements that occur in your tables. The table of conversion that you give little control of how these items will be marked, but not question whether elements will exist.

If your conversion table contains lines such as:

    P:CellBody entry cellbody
    TC: entry

You will get the nested input elements. External is the cell of the table itself and inside is the paragraph. FrameMaker does not have a valid document to use the tag of the element itself to a cell and a container, so aside from the results is not what you wanted, they are not correct in FrameMaker.

If your table cells contain simple paragraphs and you don't want the elements for cells and paragraphs, your conversion table didn't even need to mention paragraph CellBody and CellHeading tags. Indeed, if your table formats using CellBody as paragraph format for cells in the body of a table and CellHeading as the paragraph format for the cells in the table, your ESD header didn't even apply the paragraph formats.

Another alternative is to include a paragraph tag in a table row of conversion for a table cell by combining TC: and P: to match table cells containing such paragraphs. For example:

    TC: P:CellBody entry

creates items named cell entry of table cells containing paragraphs tag CellBody. The paragraph in such a cell is not encapsulated in an extra element.

One final note is that TH: in a conversion table refers to the position of the entire table. his children are header lines. The analogue of table of TH body: to:, not TC.:
