HP psc 2355 all-in-one: PSC 2355 all-in-one scan, but not print

The printer was purchased at a garage sale may be a few years back. It scans perfectly fine, but it will not be printed. I tried searching the Web for drivers and uninstalling/reinstalling it, even the installation under another pilot as series 2300. The closest driver that appears is 2350 series. Windows Update crashes when I try to get to find the drivers more.

Print a test page once, he hasn't done anything since then except to give me errors on the printer LCD. I have only a black cartridge in it because I don't need color, but I doubt that's the issue.

From the looks of things, this is a common problem... I saw a post where someone has too, but nothing has worked.

I am running a computer portable 64-bit windows 7, home premium and USB connection.

Thanks for getting back to me with the error messages.

The value 0 x error messages you see on the screen of your PSC 2355 all-in-one indicate a hardware failure in your printer ink system. Because the errors seem to be intermittent at the moment it is you may chance using your printer for a little longer. However, there is a hardware failure occurring within the printer and for this reason, there is a chance that your printer may stop working at any time.

Troubleshooting steps for error 0 x can be found here. But, as you can see one troubleshooting step is to perform a power reset on the machine. If the power reset does not clear the error state that a replacement of the entire unit would be necessary.

Try to install your printer using the driver PSC 2350. However, if the error messages continue to appear on your printer, I would recommend reaching out to the Technical Support queue by phone about the options for replacement of material. Due to the age of your printer, you may have the option to update your PSC device for a newer model at a reduced price.

    Please, try the following steps and let me know if that can help you:

    1. In the Control Panel, select uninstall a program and uninstall the driver software base HP Deskjet Ink Advantage publicly traded 1515.

    I just install my HP PSC 2410xi Photosmart all-in-one for IP printing via my new usaing Asus RT - 16 Wireless Router the router USB 2 connections, and it prints perfectly for my custom pc company installation Windows 7 64 ultimate.

    But I can't get either Windows "Fax and Scan", "Digitization management", or my image of 3rd party software to recognize the flat bed scanner with this installation, because there seems to be no separate "Device" option that can be selected for the parameter of the intellectual property of scanning, only for the "HP psc 2400 series", than Windows easily reconizes for direct installation of USB device , "offline".

    Also, if I try to select the option of "HP psc 2400 series" IP for scanning with my 3rd party software, and any choice of Twain and WIA driver is grayed out, so it can not create the profile in order to USE the scan function. And try to create a port separate Windows for the scanner function only, using the same IP address, only you will get an IP conflict problem, not creating a separate port works, anyway.

    Is there a way to get the dumpster to function to work through my router IP to analysis, or will I have to change my USB cable from the router to my pc using the offline option USB hub, whenever I need to analyze something?

    I see that you are having problems with your PSC 2410xi scanning on your Windows PC. I can help with that.

    First of all, I see that you have the printer plugged into a USB port on your router. Which can cause a lot of problems and it would be better to plug directly into your PC. Once done you will add a printer via a local connection, rather than via a network connection.

    Then, using this printer on Windows 7 Enterprise is going to be difficult because there is no driver available for this operating system. I found a document but that can help you troubleshoot. Install your printer using the Windows built-in driver

  • Color all-in-one test page OK but not printing colours

    My 2355 has worked perfectly for years, but recently print color correctly applications won't like Word. For example, a green background print as light blue and yellow vertical stripes, and the photos are different shades of pink.  The color cartridge is full and the printer test page is fine. I did all the help steps recommended to clean the contacts, etc.. It seems that the software is not properly talk to the printer.

    I myself have solved by uninstalling my printer and then reinsert.  Now it works perfectly.

  • HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-one scan does not work. Start button / stop flashing when you press scan.

    Scan does not not on my HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-One.  The power button flashes when you press scan. Everything else works.  I tried to unplug it from the wall socket and reconnect it.  Not solve the problem. What else can I try?  Or, is it a piece of junk now and needs replacement?   My laptop (windows vista) did not go into repairs several months ago. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

    I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

    How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

    1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
    2. Tap the button of the ATM () next to the icon of configuration () in the lower left corner of the control panel.
    3. Press arrow right () and select Tools, and then tap OK.
    4. Press arrow right () to select Print Quality Report, then tap OK. The printer prints the report.

    • If this report prints perfectly: Only the blank page printing problem isn't be caused by your printer.     Multipoint unresolved printing problem:

    HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 had printed out successfully all the three above mentioned computers since the purchase of the 04/04/2015. End of August 2016 he started intermittently refusing to print wireless, sometimes do not connect wireless or holder from job to job.

    09/06/16 I posted the question on the Forum of community HP between 07/09/16 and 08/09/16 had dialogue on possible solutions. I followed the Commission received and interpreted it following recommended tasks - all without result:

    (1) sequential power off and cord power to the router Range Extender, OfficeJet 8610 Pro and iMac and removal after 60 seconds of powering the devices in the same order. Result: would not print.

    (2) off wireless to iMac. IMac connected to a printer via an Ethernet cable. Printer would not print.

    (3) tried to scan the printer for iMac's wireless: would not scan.

    (4) tried Scan via an Ethernet cable from the printer to iMac: Scan worked.

    (5) connecting iMac via an Ethernet cable to the router and printing system reset iMac to remove the printer and then added printer as directed by its name: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 [455491]. The results have been mixed:

    (a) wireless to iMac to the router and Ethernet cable router for printer: test page printed.

    (b) the iMac to the router and wireless router for printer: test page will not print.

    08/09/16, having nothing specified by HP Community Forum, I contacted AT & T, the provider of my router and all my services (wireless, broadband, Internet, fixed phone) for the Support service.

    AT & T: recommended

    (1) make a new Setup wireless printing HP itself using my secure wireless network name and password, and then perform a reboot of the router. Between the two actions (new set-up and router reboot), the printer starts and print a previously submitted test page. To confirm that the printer was actually working, I turned off the printer, waited, he turned back and tried to print Test page: the page not print.

    (2) AT & T then told me to do a new manual of the printer setting. Just as I got Set Up on the screen of the printer, the printer prints the Test Page.

    AT & T told me that the printer should work fine now.

    Once I have shut down my system and restarted the 09/09/16, I found that I could not print anyway:

    Wireless to the router for printer

    Wireless to the router and Ethernet cable for printer

    Ethernet cable to the router and wireless to a printer

    Ethernet cable for printer

    Another experiment on 11/09/16 led to erratic printing depends on the original machine:

    1 iMac for HP printer: wireless printer for iMac gives not the Page of Test sent for printing, but a series of blank pages, followed by several pages of code and followed by more white pages. Code pages are all the same and then talking about the Cambria police (body).

    a. the first pages all State: %! PS-Adobe-3, 0% APL_DCS_Encodiong: UFT8% APLProducer: (Version 10.11.6 (Build 15 1)

    b. human beings second page with: 14 start/FontName dict / TJOLUV+ def Cambria

    Page 2 on three subsequent print reading attempts the same as above, except for a different set of letters before "+ Cambria". A UAXKPA, a JJCFBS, and the third is WOKHHG.

    2. yet, when I tried to print the Test Page of the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro wireless, printing is successful (i.e., the test page prints and do not print pages blank and coded.

    I'm sorely need a remedy to this overall situation.

    • What is originally intermittently, the HP printer?
    • What is originally a wireless printing and Ethernet to vary?
    • What is causing the iMac to print Virgin and code pages when the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro both print pages "regular"?
    • The question one demanding a new router?
    • DOE the question indicates the need to uninstall the printer and then perform a reinstall?
    • With all machine software updates could be software problems cross machine?

  • Why disable Flash Player addon allow videos work on one site but not another?

    I am running Firefox 37.02, Windows 7. I also have flash shockwave V17.0.0.134 & V18.0.0.95 addons. The V18 version is beta and downloaded from Adobe to try to resolve this ongoing problem. He has not solved it. By trial and error, I have established that when I disable the addons above mentioned (notice, disabling seems to disable the other) I am able to get videos from Web site to play (for example: video on golfchannel.com) but not another (example: www.nbcphiladelphia.com). Conversely, if the addons are enabled, the videos on the site www.nbcphiladelphia.com work but those of the golfchannel.com are not. By 'not' I mean that commercial video games earlier but the video of the main object that is to run thereafter is not. I get a black screen and the commercial video recycled again and again. I contacted the golfchannel.com support group who said that they were not aware of all the problems. They suggested that I use the Chrome browser, which is what they use without problem.

    It's weird. You can try using the Firefox Add-on FlashBlock to disable flash on some websites but not others: https://addons.mozilla.org/En-us/firefox/addon/flashblock/

  • HP6600: HP6600 all of a sudden do not print

    All of a sudden my HP6600 printer does not print.  Connect wirelessly to my home network without problem with an IP 192.168.0.8.  Computer IP is 192.168.0.2.  All two subnet is 255.255.255.0.  Cannot ping the printer on the network but can ping other devices.  DSL modem/gatgeway changed recently, but all other network functions work correctly.  Have you checked the DSL modem/gateway config and everything seems OK.

    Printer will print the pages of internal test without problem.  Pinter said that he is connected to the network.  Scan Doctor can't find any problems and has not fixed the problem.  Printer and printer driver has been uninstalled completely and the driver has been downloaded and installed on HP website.  Still did not fix the issue.

    Printer is not reachable through browser by IP.

    Strangely enough, my can Android phone to Fing ongoing enforcement see and ping the printer with no problems, but cannot ping the computer.

    Computer is connected to the router.  Printer wireless to the router.

    Help, please... I'm out of options here...

    I ended up solving the problem on my own.  When the new modem/access point was installed, I put the security active wireless for WPA-2 personal with AES and TKIP.  Don't know why, but the TKIP was the origin of the problem.  I changed the AES security only, and the problem is solved.

    Now, printer works properly and is considered by my other devices my network wireless and wireline portions.

  • C4280 printer all-in-one: C4280 does not print

    Hi all

    I got this C4280 at a yard sale.  They said it worked, but he has not been connected over the years.  Without installing it, I tried to copy and it goes through the motions, sounds good, but nothing appears on the page.  I tried wiping and cook with the vapor cartridges.  It feels like the black, it is empty but there is no ink to color one.  Some came out when I steamed it.

    I installed the software and tried to clean without success.  I actually had a very light something out of the black cartridge but nothing about the color of one at all.  Ink levels show black as '? (probably empty) and color as most half full.  I would like to get something at least, no color?

    I have a few cartridges no HP on order, appear in the coming days. Can someone suggest that I try to copy, or give me some indication that this might actually work when installing the cartridges?

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have a problem getting to your printer. I would like to help.

    Lack of use could have damaged printheads. This could be the cause of the problem. Fortunately, the print head is integrated in the ink cartridges. Replacement of ink should solve the problem.

    All parts of the graph of Firefox are larger, so that the page no longer fits the screen. The text has not significantly changed. Except for pages in Mozilla's Support, all display controls seem to work as usual. Text only zoom works correctly, except here.
    After trying it, the solution to change all default text sizes is the opposite of what I need.
    I noticed some distortion/laggy on some screens when I drag on toward the right, instead of simply looking at one that should be there. that is my bank statement. Not negligible!
    Last Flash doesn't seem right, either. Slow, obvious.

    You can try this if you want to keep the dpi of your system at a higher level, but if the size of the text in firefox is still lower that she was treated before the update:
