• HP 15-R006TU: computer HP laptop 15-R006TU left half of the screen has turned white

  I turned my HP 15-R006TU laptop to Hibernate mode before going to sleep last night. Today morning when I turned it on half of the screen was white with a few lines inside. All software and operating system works very well. Its like it has a white cover on the left side of the screen. I can't access start menu because it is on the left side of the screen.

  I turned off my laptop and unplugged the adapter, then turned on again, but it remains the same. I have not changed the drivers or anything recently. I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and I use the dongle Auntie Photon Max for internet. My laptop is only 2 years. I don't have anything I can remember damage the laptop and, finally, I used it, everything was fine.

  It's the material. Can you connect to an external monitor? If the output is OK outside then we have reduced to a bad display cable or a bad screen. Much more likely the latter.

  Sir im not too firmiliar with free back, but if your installation of a system through USB key you already change this process in the bios settings indicating usb as the first boot device and I think you should be able to find more than information on the Web site of freedos http://www.freedos.org. should have done about homework before buying do not know if win 8 is supported under freedos.

  The Intel HD graphics card appears under the category of display cards in Device Manager or a Standard VGA adapter is displayed.

  Normally when the brightness of the screen is stuck on max and you cannot change it,'re missing you the driver from the chipset, the graphics driver, or both.

  Make sure that you have installed the Intel chipset installation and restart utility as well as the Intel HD graphics driver.

  I have a problem with my brightness of the screens. His 15-R006TU My HP notebook. I bought my laptop on 31 May and it came with the BONES of the BACK. So I formatted windows7 64 bit OS. But now I'll have some display problems. When I switch to any window my brightness increases slowly and yet if I will go to any black screen then it changes slowly. When I connect the charger it will asusal.

  Consider that I watch a video in some player.suddenly if I will propose to my desktop screen light will change slowly or in (if clear) increase / dim slowly. It made me sad after buying my new HP laptop

  Try to manually install the driver as follows.

  Run the driver again if you deleted the file since the swsetup folder.

  Go to Device Manager and click on the controller Comms Simple PCI who need a driver.

  Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.  Select travel it my computer for software driver and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

  This file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp63510.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

  Uninstall synaptics touchpad as I suggested above

  Disable all the antivirus/firewall software installed in your system

  Download & install Windows updates all available from your control panel

  Restart the system

  Download & install Synaptics driver from the link I posted above

  Activate the antivirus/firewall, update the antivirus software for later

  Restart the system
