  I made the mistake of buying a Windows 8 machine which does not reliably connect to the internet. I see connections and you connect to them but just have 'limited' connectivity and can't get online.

  However my product number does not seem to relate to any kind of laptop dv6 envy. Indeed, a Google search for this product number showed a result. There is nothing about this issue of product on HP - great, great job guys!

  A few days, I tried to connect my headset wireless Vibro BT02 iBall with my laptop. The bluetooth device is not detected after several attempts. So I went to changes with the driver for device bluetooth, settings, etc etc. Also I tried to set the bluetooth in services.msc. But it does not work.  From now on, I don't remember what I did.

  The result of the day with bluetooth experience has resulted in the following:

  1 Bluetooth parameters are not available.

  2 Blutooth drivers are not visible in the installed drivers.

  My laptop cannot detect the network wireless from my office. I'm a model Envy ts j137tx (product number: F9Z54PA #UUF). I did a clean install of windows 7 Professional 64-bit and using windows 7 now. (planning to dual boot in the future).

  Since you are able to access the network with your phone, as well as others on other computers, I recommend to reset the TCP/IP stacks by following the steps below:

  Step 1. Click the Start button
  Step 2. In the search box, type "Command Prompt"
  Step 3. Right click on command prompt

  Step 4. Click on run as administrator
  Step 5. Type "netsh winsock reset catalog" and press ENTER.
  Step 6. Type 'netsh int ip reset reset.log' and press ENTER.
  Step 7. Restart your computer

  Uninstall the current driver for the Broadcom wireless card.

  Resources:
  Uninstall software in Windows 7

  Uninstall or change a program in Windows 7

  Download and install the latest driver from here.

  When you do this, you can test the RAM and HARD drive.

  Latest BSOD was caused by Norton Internet Security, but for now I don't want to do something, because this situation happened only once. Because of course, it is recommended to check there at - it an update for this software.

  I failed turn on WIFI directly from windows, which should not be the case... I solved my problem, but I'm interested to know how to control it without the HP connection manager.

  There is a little less than two months, I bought my HDD Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 from Amazon. The hard drive has stopped working for some reason any (I drop or something, it simply stopped working).

  Of course, I was trying to use my warranty to repair or Exchange it, but the Web of Toshiba site does not recognize my serial number and product number. They are just there, black and white on the sticker on the back of my hard drive, but the site says they are not valid.

  Someone has an idea what is happening? I would rather not throw 50 euros by the window for less than two months of use.

  Product number is HDTB105XK3AA - and not to HDTB105 * E * K3AA like some sites say (including Amazon).

  I improve my OS to windows 7. While trying to install the drivers, everything has been installed successfully except the wireless. I tried all the drivers wireless for my product and he just immediately close after extraction.   You should see a device labeled network controller listed under other devices in Device Manager if necessary the driver wireless card.

  There is something wrong.

  1. the wireless card needs the HP Connection Manager software installed so it can be activated by using the software, then you should be able to install the driver or the Terminator post will be installed.

  2. the wireless card is bad and must be replaced, or must be removed and reinstalled because of an oxidized connection.

  3. the motherboard is bad.

  Also install software quick launch to ensure that all Fn keys work correctly.  There's a chance outside that might be the problem, but I doubt it.
