    Hello

    Try the following

Firstly, uninstall your current version of HP Support Assistant using Microsoft 'Fixit' at the following link: this is particularly useful for correcting problems that may prevent resettlement on the machines running a 64 bit OS.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

When this has completed, restart the laptop.

Then download and install the latest version of HP Support Assistant of the page on the link below - the download links are to the bottom of the page.

After installation, restart the computer again.

My norton 360 will not work after reinstalling. error 104 8504 norton crossed the settings there and said it was a problem of microsoft framework. any suggestions?

Cannot be said with certainty, I do not use Norton, but a google found many reports like this, see - http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=%22norton%20360%22%20%22error%208504%20104%22 for example.

If not, sorry, but after back with a little more information like the version of Norton 360, what OS W7 (starter home, home premium etc., 32 or 64-bit) and other clues that people Norton gave you as that "framework"? • 15-r014TX HP: hp support assistant stopped working

HP support Assistant has stopped working on my hp 15 laptop r014tx. After this problem I uninstall hp support assistant and download the new assistant hp support Setup and intall but problem sloved not it still does not.

I have upload a screenshot that show what happens when I open hp support assistant. There is mistake to see the then stopped.

    After that happens

    then it closes automatically.

Please tell me how I can solve this problem.
my pc is all software up to date.

    Hi @rhl_yadav,

    Thank you for your response.

You said if you reinstall Windows, it works very well for a few days, but then comes back.

When it works, and before it fails, what is changing?

If you are not sure, please do a HP PC - refresh your PC to solve problems (Windows 8) to get it working again.

Although this should not affect your personal data, I do not pretend to make a backup to ensure no data gets lost.

Create a restore point that you can go back.  Computers HP - using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8)

Watch closely to see if you can determine what has changed the origin of this difficulty.

    Good luck!

  • My hp Support Assistant stop working

My hp support assistant no longer works.

Is it caused by my hp warranty is now expired or if it still works?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it won't uninstall.

So I have this program without support and cannot delete it either UH?

    Hello

It can be a real problem disassembly HPSA if it is corrupt, but here is an alternative method that you can try.

Unless you still have the installer, download the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the page on the link below - download links are to the bottom of the page - and Save the installer to your download folder.

    http://h18021.www1.HP.com/helpandsupport/HP-support-Assistant.html

Then, if you do not have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip.  Please note that If you have a 64-bit installation, download and install the Installer x 64 64-bit .msi on the link below.

    http://www.7-zip.org/

Then, right click on the HPSA installer you download earlier, select Extract 7 - Zip, select the files, and then click Ok.  The newly extracted folder, right-click on UninstallHPSA and select "Run as Administrator" - you may well see no progress of this attempt uninstalling, then leave the laptop at idle for a good 10 minutes before restarting it.

Open your download folder and delete the "record HPSA extracted" so you are just left with the original installer that you downloaded.

Now run Microsoft 'Fixit' on the link below and use it to install the new version of HPSA.

It is difficult to explain what it sounds like but it was as if the distorted sound for one second every now and then, a little sound like a robot. I tried to install an earlier version of the audio driver, but that no longer works. I'm sure that I have installed the correct drivers (I tried sp59291 and the sp57776 of earlier version).

I don't know what version I have installed first.

    Additional information:

  • Adobe edge animate that an error has occurred please save your work after upgrade 20141.  Is this useful?

I just upgraded onboard animate 20141 and tried to open an existing file.  I get the following message is displayed "an error occurred please save your work and restart edge Animate.  I saw a few posts about this and it seems that the general consensus is that I should return to the CC version and work on the file from there.  It is interesting to try to work out the problem with the new version and try "somehow" so that he can open according to other suggestions regarding a post like this, or should I go back on board the CP.  I am a very basic encoder and the new version can be a little easier to work with the thought.

I tried to install Windows 8.1 USB, but I can't go beyond the screen who wants the product key. Should what product key I use? If I go back and reinstall Windows 8.1 the touch feature work?

What can I do to get a running Stream 7 tablets?

    Hello Aberger,

I guess that you have improved your 7 to 10 of Windows Workflow, but now you want to reinstall Windows 8.1, correct?

If you went to go back beyond the 30 day trial period, you can use the image USB, you must have created 8.1 Windows before installing Windows 10.

IF you have not done this media, you will need to clean install Windows 8.1 with Bing.

You can not install ordinary Windows 8.1 copy unless you buy a new key.

Machines that accompanies Windows 8.1 no longer a sticker with a key to the subject because the key is embedded in the bios. Installing Windows 8.1 with Bing will activate when he sees the key in the bios.

During the installation process, you may need to click Skip to ignore entered the key until Windows has installed fully. If so, this will cause windows to enter a Limited State of Activation. When you connect to the internet to update, it will fully activate.

You must contact the HP Support directly to the new copy of the installation media if you do not already have.

You must install it from the recovery or installation media.  You do not have it?  Contact eMachines.

As for your machine - do the following on the occasion.

    Search for malware:

Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

Remove anything they find.  Reboot when necessary.  (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

You can disable hibernation if it is enabled and you do not...

When you Hibernate your computer, Windows saves the contents of the system memory in the hiberfil.sys file. As a result, the size of the hiberfil.sys file will always be equal to the amount of physical memory in your system. If you don't use the Hibernate feature and want to reclaim the space used by Windows for the hiberfil.sys file, perform the following steps:

-Start the Control Panel Power Options applet (go to start, settings, Control Panel, and then click Power Options).
-Select the Hibernate tab, uncheck "Activate the hibernation", and then click OK. Although you might think otherwise, selecting never under "Hibernate" option on the power management tab does not delete the hiberfil.sys file.
-Windows remove the "Hibernate" option on the power management tab and delete the hiberfil.sys file.

You can control the amount of space your system restore can use...

    1. Click Start, right click my computer and then click Properties.
    2. click on the System Restore tab.
    3. highlight one of your readers (or C: If you only) and click on the button "settings".
4 change the percentage of disk space you want to allow... I suggest moving the slider until you have about 1 GB (1024 MB or close to that...)
    5. click on OK. Then click OK again.

Empty the temporary Internet files and reduce the size, that it stores a size between 64 MB and 128 MB...

-Open a copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    -Select TOOLS - Internet Options.

-Click on 'Delete the Cookies' (click OK)
-Click on "Settings" and change the "amount of disk space to use: ' something between 64 MB and 128 MB. (There may be many more now.)
    -Click OK.
-Click on 'Delete files', then select "Delete all offline content" (the box), and then click OK. (If you had a LOT, it can take 2 to 10 minutes or more).
-Once it's done, click OK, close Internet Explorer, open Internet Explorer.

  • Libretto W100 Bios + some drivers do not work after reinstalling Win 7

I bought the w100 and I love the thing to death.
Had no problems with it until Saturday, to make a long story short, I reinstalled win7 on it, the wrench was found under the battery.

Win7 installed ok, but I had a few problems with the software booklet *. Firstly the bios has been 'not supported', as was the PC health monitor.
I finished installing anyway, and most importantly, it seems to work. A bit slower than before, I'm guessing because of the bios.

It's the same material, nothing has been changed, even the same win7 (Home premium), so I wonder what I did wrong here.

I tried to reinstall three times and no luck.

Oh, and I just noticed that the "auto rotation" is not no longer works.

If this isn't the case, then you must install all the drivers Toshiba and utilities in the correct order.
    Chipset utility
    common modules
    graphic driver
    etc.

The FN keys supports different function. To use these options, you will need several drivers. For example, use the FN + F5 (the display switching), to the Toshiba Hotkey Utility to display the devices & Toshiba display device change Utility and toggle the Touchpad to install Toshiba Touchpad enable/disable utility
