HP support for Win10

Hello

A few days ago, I upgraded to Win 7 Pro 64 win 10 Pro 64 bit on my workstation HP EliteBook 8760w, with the following specifications:

Lntel (R) processor Core i7-2670QM Cpu @ 2.20 GHz 2.20 6 Hz; memoiy installed (RAM): 12.0 GB; System type: 64-bit, x 64 processor operating system

Was pleasantly surprised how material supports the most recent OS.

Thing that worried me is that, according to HP, 8760w not tested to win 10 so I would like to know what is the status?

HP will support Win 10 on 8760w, seen in the pilots of the spirit and the following text:

  • RV54

    disable the future of security

    reset

change the future bios security disable forward

    uninstall the ProtectTools

    reset

install only Security HP Client Manager works with windows 10

    reset

    etc.

  • CQ5320F: Try to install GT610 gpu for WIN10 "Nvidia kernel error" resulting in WIN7 - help?

The compatibility WIN10 check me has informed than our desktop Compaq Presario CQ53320F with integrated NVidia GeForce 6150E nForce 430 graphics and 3 GB ram running WIN7 required updates for WIN10. It is the child, not a player - computer and I already bought a new machine, so I wanted to update it.

I installed an EVGA NVidia GeForce GT610, PCIe 2.0 gpu and current pilot worm. The motherboard has x 16 PCIe extension and seemed compatible. But in WIN7, I get a "driver Nvidia Windows kernel mode" error followed by black graphic display or distorted and cpu freeze. I stressed Bios PCIex16 adapter. Compatibility WIN10 check can still see original integrated configuration while the properties of the system sees now 8 GB of ram and pilot of the card/GT610. Any ideas?

  • HP Notebook PC 15: create the system for Win10 64-bit recovery

Message from HP Support Assistant: create system recovery

I have 3 recovery disk labled HP I made at the time of purchase.

I upgraded to windows 10 8.1 and also performed a factory reset

3 discs were created when I was using 8.1

My computer is now running win 10

I am to make a game to win 10, or is the game I've done enough?

If only I can make a game, what they ask?

    slickamis

You cannot create a recovery HP for Win10 media because you upgraded your PC Win10 - and the files needed to do that do not come with the MS Win10 Upgrade, instead, they come on the PC preinstalled with HP's Win10.

However, you can make an image backup using a third-party tool known as Macrium reflect (MR).

What I recommend is the following:
    (1) download and install Macrium reflect (MR)
    (2) run M. and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition (s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB key
    (3) use the option to create a CD or a USB startup key

I use all the time and it usually takes less than 10 minutes to make the backup of the image and at the same time or less do a restore.  In addition, MR has the ability to add a recovery Boot Menu entry.  This then allows you to boot into Windows re, and then you can use it to do a restore - when you cannot start Windows!

NOW, you have the means to restore a full system that works for the external hard drive or USB key in a few minutes.

    Good luck

Has anyone used MacKeeper and then Zoom support for aid in line with mac?  I have a mac book (not pro).

Avoid MacKeeper. Your Mac runs the maintenance in the background for you.

I don't know how MacKeeper and Support of Zoom have something to do with the other?

  • No support for npapi plugin?

Hi, we use software that is based on JAVA for our clients to access our services. As I read in some news, support for NPAPI plugins will end in the 64-bit version of firefox 41 (so java no longer be supported). This is only version 64-bit windows or Linux and Mac also being targeted? We need this information so that we can tell our customers that we always support the browsers.
    Thanks in advance

Only the start of Firefox Win64 41,0 + version will have only whitelisted Flash Player 64-bit for now.

64 bit versions of Mac OSX and Linux may continue to use other plugins compatible 64-bit in addition to Flash Player.

That the Firefox 42.0 is the current target for Win64 version as was 41.0 previously. The Fx Win64 41.0 b # is based on the beta channel will be affected by the white list.

  • Where can I find detailed, systematic support for the advanced Thunderbird related topics?

In moving from XP to Windows 7, I opted for Thunderbird as a mail client in order to circumvent hyper intrusive Windows Live Mail to Microsoft (I used Outlook Express for years).

I have a very complicated E-mail structure, and it took me weeks (seriously) to learn how to reproduce it in TBird. Now, I try to customize TBird more, but none of the TBird articles/forum Q & A / searches on Google to ask my questions.

There is no support direct tech TBird, and I'm almost ready to leave for good. However - a last effort: where can I find detailed, systematic support for the advanced Thunderbird related topics?

    Thank you.

  • Firefox mobile not supported for lg optimus zip

Hello, I have recently switched to straight talk and was sad to find that firefox mobile is not supported for the lg optimus zip. In the future, I hope that this will change.

Hello moon_serenity, firefox does not work on your device because it has to little memory RAM (150 MB instead of the 384 needed for firefox to run). in the past there has been efforts to make firefox on android race on more than low-end devices, but the 384 seem to be the background limit which was concluded in which is possible to achieve. If I am afraid that there will be no way to make firefox run on the lg optimus zip.

It was more common to ask how to uninstall these toolbars. I think that it will now be known as a Bing toolbar, but as much as I know it is no longer supported for Firefox. You can find a few unofficial addons with similar features.

  • "Support for Shared iPad in iOS 9.3.

In the description for the GarageBand 2.1.1 iOS update, I see one of the items listed is "Support for Shared iPad in iOS 9.3.»

Out of curiosity, what it means exactly? What this has to do with the support of several users to create GarageBand projects on the same iPad? Or, in this same sense, it has to do with school education new features introduced in iOS 9.3?

He was a frequently requested feature by music teachers to be able to have several students use the same iPad, but not in order to remove the songs from GarageBAnd created other students.

With Shared iPad all students will be able to download specific projects and content at the beginning of the class and use the iPad with the own AppleID. "t-for-students-new-classroom-app http://appleinsider.com/articles/16/01/11/ios-93-for-ipad-adds-multi-user-suppor".

I couldn't find details on the new version of GarageBand, but I hope that the support for Shared iPad means that students can save their projects on the Apple ID own and restore them directly before the start of the class.

  • What is the date of end of support for Firefox version 19?

I wish to confirm the date of end of support for version 19, February 2013?

Security updates support ends when the next version of Firefox is released, so while Firefox 20 was released 6 weeks ago and 21 Firefox will be available Tuesday, May 14, that means that Firefox 19 is is no longer officially supported.

I see that you are still running Firefox 17.

Is there a special reason why you don't have not updated to the current version?

The version of Firefox Firefox 17 that you are currently running is no longer compatible with security updates

Please upgrade to the latest version of Firefox 20.0.x.
