  A friend gave my boyfriend a L42, and until now it works very well. One problem, however, is that we have not been able to locate the 'feet' on the bottom through which you can lift the rear part of the laptop. I read the references to the "leveling legs", but we cannot find them. Someone at - it advice?

  The rubber feet on the T4x series are fixed and cannot be raised/lowered.

• BlackBerry Smartphones GPS good address app for Telus BB Storm

  Nice day

  Here's my problem.   I like to do a lot of road bike and hiking, when I used to have an Iphone, the google maps allowed me to follow where I was in the winderness if I could go back to civilization (even if I didn't want to ).  Now with the storm on Telus, I can't use google maps to pinpoint myself (because of the way it looks to me that it's usually about 10 km offshore).   BB card software don't do me no good because there is no satilite Imaging to help me.

  What is a good GPS application of card that is usable by a person who goes off road in the desert running (Ontario Southwest & central)?  I like to take the BB with a batery extra because it serves my mp3 player and camera all in one electronic device.

  Any input and any person who can provide would be most appreciated...

• PowerEdge T620 mounting rack for Tower conversion kit

  Hi all

  So we made a mistake on our order of Dell Server PowerEdge T620.  We ordered as a half-rack server when the client needs a server in a tower configuration.  We need a kit or the numbers of room but a simple that will allow us to put a lid on one side which would be the top once feet for the background and a tower on the server so it can stand on the ground a little.

  We called ProSupport and parts Department for a for a top coating and the feet part number and all that we continue more is sorry that we do not offer in the framework.  Kind of frustrating when you order a conversion kit from a tower to a rack installation, but nothing to go back to a tour of a rack mounting.  There must be a number of room so where some how.  Everyone knows this if so any help would be appreciated.

• Portege R700 - SSD installation: a succesfull and the other failed

  For what it's worth I just short wants to share my learnings SSD:

  1. I bought a Newton GTX 500 GB Corsair for my R700 (i5, W7). Looked to work ok after normal cloning, but often the PC froze and I couldn't restart it. Only way to continue was to force its rotation down with the power button. I've always had this message when starting:

  + PXE - E61: Media test failure, check cable for. +
  + PXE - M0F: exit Intel Boot Agent. +
  + Insert system disk in drive. +
  + Press any key when ready... +.

  Only way to go was to force down once again and then the Pc may start and open windows. I've updated all the drivers I could think of-including Intel - but the problem persisted. Please note that this happened at the time with no systematic behavior, at least what I could understand.

  2. I got cold feet for this behavior and I bought a new R930, exchanged relative small with a bigger Samsun 840 Pro 500 GB SSD HARD drive. No problem, works very quickly and smoothly!

  3. I can now reinstall Windows 7 on the older R700 with the Corsair SSD - and now this machine works without any of the oldest problems, but I Don t understand.

  Any of you have seen something similar?

  I n t have this laptop Portege but I ve bought the same shape of my laptop Tecra SSD drive.
  After cloning, the data on the drive to SSD drive using the software, which was part of the SSD HARD drive package, start the laptop much more quickly. I m very satisfied.

• C40 - 30 - reprogram another keyboard?

  I have a C40-30 and the keyboard is terrible, after a few months, some of the letters have disappeared from some keys (not that it matters but aesthetically, it's not nice to see) and another the little plastic used as 'feet' for the broken keyboard. In addition, this keyboard is not always catch the space when you press it (my wife has the same computer, the same keyboard, same problem with space and disappearing letters).

  Therefore, we bought a keyboard from another brand (Logitech).

  But while there is no additional buttons to + or - sound or mute it and stuff like that.

  Is it possible to program a keyboard, for example some F keys to serve its + or - mute, etc. ?

  Second question: because I use Lenovo no mouse and keyboard, it is a good idea to remove the keyboard USB of Lenovo Bella997 program driver or is it still in use any keyboard is?

  Your best bet is to see if you can find keyboards cheap on Ebay or Craigslist, maybe those so-called "broken" that you can be able to recover.

• Vision Assistant - not found .bin

  Current running Win7 64 bit and LV 2013 SP1 (via 2014 DS SP1), with the development of Vision system installed. I have a range of fully powered Vision and can use the low level of Vision to my heart's content...

  However, I can't run Vision Assistant. Passing it to the Vision Assistant of the palette, I get the following two errors:

  

  

  I am also unable to open instances Vision Assistant previously configured in another code, even if no error is returned - the VA just does not work.

  I also have LV 2012 SP1 installed (including older versions) and now get the same error with it. I have not tried to use GOING because I went to LV 2013 several months ago.

  Unfortunately, this involved repair of components for 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010... but still, at least, I put my feet for a little while as it ended.

  Will mark as resolved in case someone else has the same problem.

  I just noticed on page A-2 of the PXI-8184 manual altitude operating environment is limited to 2000 m @ 25 C room temperature (6561 ft @ 77 F). This is strictly due to the reduction of efficiency of cooling by convection in an atmosphere that is less dense? I'm curious because I will operate my system to 9,000 feet for a few weeks...

  The reason that your device is listed with a maximum altitude of 2000 m is because it's the UL certification official test level we've been through. Unfortunately this means that we cannot recommend the use of the card above 2000 m. I looked into it a bit further and this limitation is not only due to cooling, but also because of concerns about

  Dielectric breakdown possible issues that can lead to dangerous risks, which means that the capacitors in the system may not work properly at altitude.

  I covered everything, and I could find on the ISSUE of resources. Let's say that each ave is clicked. I have one using my phone to transfer the drivers for my laptop. .. smart but really long. Consumption. Well, I was on each blog tech, telemarketing and chat live since it sank on Aug. 28th... I downloaded every single driver in the lineup that includes it is and the main setting... no due WiFi the WiFi adapter. Dying. Half of the windows. Vista works, but it does not allow me to make a system. Restoration. No windows. Firewall... It's a nightmare. When I'm in the normal node he says that it is in safe mode. Laughing out loud. He picked up cookies but when I was in safe mode. No net. ... very scary... I had to teach myself where it install everything but nothing helps... referring. All the essential elements of this pc. Intel, Microsoft. And Real.trek. (audio and network.) Drivers...) now no sound. I had to plug a retractable mouse that works. I had a problem last keyboard but now even plug in a portable keyboard was not justify the case...

  I plugged power cord of sub 25 feet directly from the router and the modem. He worked for a time Wired, then he's dead...
  I was in all the security modes to try to fix, went into the doc with promo order and almost. All other options of these call failed... but nothing.
