  I'm looking for a driver package for use in SCCM (System Center configuration manager) 2007 or 2012 through a softpaq.

  Thank you for your concern about the driver packs. Actually, there is an absolute obligation of divisions of HP business PC for full support of Microsoft and Landesk management solutions. The table of pack driver to http://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HP_Driverpack_Matrix_x86.html is the wrong link, and now the team knows about it and should be fixed soon. Just a mistake of a part of the website linking systems

  Insofar as the driver pack sp64674 it is indeed good for products that include the ProBooks (like the G1 650) of last generation 2013. It would be an impossible task to try to create a driver package unique for each business model of desktop, notebook and workstation with all tests associated with it. Driver pack hosts product families and includes the families of components similart all rolled into one. Did you try and use the driver packs and found that there problems? Please, let us know if this can be fixed. The file you listed is updated as more go through the tests and process issues that's why you don't see specific models listed yet. It should, however, work with Haswell-based Proboks

• Cannot print on the HP LaserJet 4050 printer - "the printer driver is not installed. Can't find a Package of basic driver required by the printer driver Package.

  Running Win7 32 bit.  Have had the printer HP LaserJet 4050tn installed for 2 years.  It is on the network and is always accessible from other computers on the network successfully.  I was printing to it in a billing program web-based when my PC froze.   Rebooted and was no longer able to print to it.  Tried to delete the printer, the spooler of compensation / Max ', and re-installing the printer with drivers downloaded from HP (tried the standard and universal drivers).

  When I try to install the printer I get a message "Player of the printer was not installed.  Can't find a Package of basic driver required by the printer driver package"

  I have a Brother MFP 2820 it is USB and it works very well.

• Driver package

  When 7 came out, how Lenovo updates all drivers for our machines?  Will we have to manually go through all the matricies driver we? OR maybe just download the ThinkVantage System update program after your have installed 7 and run and it will do the rest?

  Another way would be to write sort of an app that would have all the drivers for you download, burn disc, and then just install their after that 7 has been installed?

  Thoughts anyone?

  Drivers coming to our team of web for the publication individually as they with other OS.

  TVSU will have the drivers available at a later date.  This later period depends on several

  factors:

  (1) the total number of drivers,

  (2) total number of types of affected machine and

  (3) speed of the web to get repacked for TVSU drivers to run team, that is to say get the XML

  fix.

  The pilots over the team must address, the longer it takes. The team will have to touch

  each driver at least once, add Win7 to the list of operating system support.

  Insofar as a large package, we (technical support) asked for this for years, but

  the problem now is the driver package. Every time a new driver is released, the package

  will need to be updated. We already do through TVSU, therefore, no driver package.

  In my opinion, installing WXP on L40 is one of the most asked questions here on this forum and I recommend you to use the search function and search around a bit. On Windows XP Home Edition drivers there not much to say. I found the info your laptop belongs to the series of PSL4CE and I can see WXP drivers are available on the Toshiba support page. There is no driver package, but each driver can be downloaded separately.

  All you have to do is to install the OS and after that follow the order of the facilities. Check it please page 27 on PDF (Installations instructions).

  For stupid reasons to list, I uninstalled the so-called 'High Definition Audio Driver Package - KB835221 [WXP]' using Add/Remove programs of Control Panel under Win XP utility.

  So now (DUHH!) none of my audio works.

  I searched the site for a replacement, but came with unclear results.  (Or maybe I'm just stupid.  ;-)

  Can someone tell me where to find a replacement?

  Try to go to the manufacturers website and look for the package here for your audio files. Without the make/model of your computer, I can't really help much more.

  I just got my W4 yesterday.  I followed the instructions on the acer support page by entering my SN and SNID (two separate attempts).  The driver package showed and I downloaded it, but when I tried to install it says it wasn't the right driver for my Tablet?  How can it be if I used the two identifiers whenever I tried?

  If the main installer refuses to start, try the one in MI file.

  Method 1: Log on to the computer manufacturer website and update the latest audio drivers.

  Method 2: If the problem continues, check if the audio device is hidden. The same uninstall and update the drivers on the manufacturer's Web site.

  a. click the Start button and then right click on my computer. Click on Properties.

  b. go to the hardware tab and click on Device Manager.

  c. click on the view tab and click on Show hidden devices.

  d. in the list find sound, video and game controllers, right click on the sound card and click on Uninstall.

  e. restart the computer.

  20 GB is a very small amount of disk space for Vista or Windows 7.  Allocate more disk space.

  I use a Macbook Pro and started twice as well, and I allocated only 20 GB because I'm using a program under Vista, but all of these updates are too much space. Is this because Vista is older and this is why there are so many updates? Should I just use Windows 7? It's frustrating because I have no more space on the left but as 57 Ko... KILOBYTES! >:(

• DIFx Driver Package install error = 536870141 when you try to install the MFL-ProSuite for a Brother MFC-J870DW printer all in one

  Hi everyone, I have read the various issues pertaining to the Brother software and the IS052 error that I got also.

  I spoke with brother two times and they tell me that I'm missing a driver and if I sent the error message DIFx Driver Package install error = 536870141 to Microsoft, they would be able to provide me with the driver I need.  Brother also had me try to install from the disk and also on their site and I got the same error.

  I am a home user, so not very technical when it comes to drivers, etc..  I know that you need.  So please don't you technique on me.  I have been messing around with this now for almost 2 weeks and can that copy and print.  I can't scan or fax due to this error when you try to install the software.

  I have the disk with the drivers on what I did when we first got the computer.

  I use Windows 7 64-bit.  I really need help so I hope that there is someone who can solve this problem.

  Karthik, sorry it took me so long to answer.  I hate it when people do that to me then again I am sorry.

  After trying your suggestions, nothing seemed to work so I asked my son who is a type of systems to help me.  I he provided with suggestions and error message, etc..  He read about all this and then remote connected my suburb.

  He renamed the errorlog and then tried to reinstall the Brother software and got the error.  He was then able to read this file was causing the error without reading through the tone of the error messages.  It turns out that there is a file that brother was looking for in one place, but it was in another.  He copied to where brother was looking for her, has done a reboot, loaded the software without problem.

  I am now scanning and everything works as it should.

  So maybe it's the same problem that others causing a problem.  If they can get the steps to find the error Log, look at the error message that is created in the error log, which will tell them what brother file cannot find and then go from there.

  I don't think I could have done myself, but he knew where to look for such things, and I don't have.

• Ecosys Kyocera FS - 2000 d Win7 driver fails

  I have an Ecosys Kyocera FS - 2000 d. XP driver worked well for XP, but the Win7 driver fails.  When I plug the MS printer looks for the driver and the brand FAILED after a few minutes.  I downloaded the driver suspected of Kyocera and manually installed Win7 but it does not work.
  I tested the cable and other printers compatible win7 with my Sony Vaio laptop. No problem
  Kyocera support in Australia refuses to acknowledge the problem and repeat myself that it's my computer/OS problem.  It is not the case.
  You test the drivers yourself? Or do you just add them in the driver store of Microsoft without prior testing.  I suggest trial and remove the magazine MS so as not to disappoint others.  This way I can prove it to Kyocera that it works and motivate them to create a driver that makes!

  A "driver" is basically a software instructions indicating how the operating system
  to communicate with a specific hardware.

  Motherboards equipped with what we can call a driver package because there are several pilots who settle on a motherboard. This 'package' is called the chipset driver.
  The chipset drivers control the functions of the cpu of the North and South of the bridge.
