  I understand that you can not get the printer connected to your Windows laptop. You are on the right track, you need to download HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one of the printer drivers.   I see that you have some problems with printing to your craving 5530 e - all - in - one printer after upgrade to Windows 10. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. While the printer is turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
  3. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.
  4. Close any programs you have open on your PC.
  5. In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.
  6. Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
  7. Click on remove the instrument.
  8. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  9. Click Add printer, and follow the prompts to add a new queue for your printer.
