  Trying to install interactive of the Enterprise Performance Management suite version Reporting 11.1.2.4.0, downloading programs Client of EMP and the EPM System Release file1 system installation, File2 and File3 File4 on this download Hyperion Foundation Services downloads page as well as part 7 and Oracle HTTP Server since this Oracle Hyperion Interactive Reporting downloads page. I extracted them all in the same folder and when I go to install the components of interactive reporting is grayed out and I get the following errors:

  EPMINS-01047: the Assembly biplus_core_services is missing. The Assembly is needed to install a selected component.

  Status: EPMINS-01016: impossible to install the selected component. Click help to see the possible reasons.

  I was wondering what I am missing in my downloads? What download includes the bi_plus_core_services Assembly?

  Current driver date: May 7, 2011
  Current version of the driver: 8.830.6.3000

  I tried the drivers on the Intel site, but they do not work either.

  Hello. I don't know if this question is familiar with anyone, but I saw a close incident of it. But as of March 26, 2011, my computer began to freeze in minutes, whenever the update of windows runs. I have troubleshooted by stopping the process of difference in msconfig and it's only when I put the windows update to run at startup of my computer screen would be blocked and I can not access explore or other programs. There is no blue screen or black screen and the movements of mice after the question starts but then it freezes as well and I do a forced shut down using the power button. • Unique computer name generation

  Hello, I try to lock the machine to a specific OU created and want to create the name of the machine with a unique number.

  For example, I would like to create the computer name with the name of the ORGANIZATIONAL unit will be placed, followed by 3 unique digits.  The generation policy does not allow me to create unique numbers as part of the name of the computer.

  I believe that it is a response fairly canned, but can't seem to understand.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

  Good morning, Alex.

  You can create a policy of (property generation and Validation) canned to impose your naming convention, but if you want the policy to assign a single numeric value automatically, then you will need to add script.

  The version of your rule that simply apply your standard would look like this:

  • 'Name (UO)' parent OR, followed by
  • '-' followed by
  • 3 characters [0-9] (required)

  In this case, I put a separator between the parent ORGANIZATIONAL unit name and the digital requirement.

  If you are looking for the script version, there is an example of a (very old) code posted here. What you request is manageable and plausible: I created policies generation scripted a name similar, automatic before. Unfortunately they are highly personalized, so are not / can not be posted here. There may be other samples here in the forums that I have not found in my quick search prior to this announcement.

  SSL is secure socket layer. The EMP security guide mentions the steps to do this correctly. It is not necessary to have Hyperion function correctly.

  It is required if the client wants that all communications between the encrypted EPM system.

  This is a more complex configuration to configure SSL. Some companies use load balancers in front of EMP to encrypt all traffic.

• Reinstalled Windows XP after the installation of computer hardware, has now lost all my old icons

  I upgraded the card mother, memory and CPU.  Kept the old SATA hard drive.
  Reinstalled Windows XP.  Now, I have no icons, like a new computer.  All my programs are on the C: drive, but none of the programs appear on the start-> list all programs.
  It's like I'm a new user.
  Any ideas?  I wish I had my old office back.  At least all of my data, photos are always "there".
