  I tried to update the Intel graphics driver in my notebook using sp55098.exe , but the system returned the following error:

  "This computer does not have the minimum requirements for installing the software.

  I have the following: dv6-6b05tx laptop computer running windows 7 pro 64

  It's the device I am trying to update:

  Intel HD Graphics Family
  Current driver date: May 7, 2011
  Current version of the driver: 8.830.6.3000

  I tried the drivers on the Intel site, but they do not work either.

  But I can't find a similar solution for the Intel card.

  The Intel driver is only for the models with only the Intel UMA graphics adapter.

  You must live with what version of the video, Intel is in the AMD driver package.

  Hello. I don't know if this question is familiar with anyone, but I saw a close incident of it. But as of March 26, 2011, my computer began to freeze in minutes, whenever the update of windows runs. I have troubleshooted by stopping the process of difference in msconfig and it's only when I put the windows update to run at startup of my computer screen would be blocked and I can not access explore or other programs. There is no blue screen or black screen and the movements of mice after the question starts but then it freezes as well and I do a forced shut down using the power button. I have since blocked from running, windows updater but y at - it a fix for this problem? I use Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 on a laptop ASUS Kj50i.

• Reinstalled Windows XP after the installation of computer hardware, has now lost all my old icons

  I upgraded the card mother, memory and CPU.  Kept the old SATA hard drive.
  Reinstalled Windows XP.  Now, I have no icons, like a new computer.  All my programs are on the C: drive, but none of the programs appear on the start-> list all programs.
  It's like I'm a new user.
  Any ideas?  I wish I had my old office back.  At least all of my data, photos are always "there".

  Hi all

  I know there are several blog posts out there regarding the process to do a full install on a single computer, but I can't find anything (ongoing) regarding the recommended computer specifications. I am putting together a new pc to do some sandbox implementation at home and would appreciate really any guidance.

  I would like to run a DB Oracle or SQL Server installed, all other services, and the most recent version of the stack of Hyperion. This will be my first try an install.

  A processor Intel Core i7 - 4770K with 16G of RAM will be enough? Wouldn't be interesting to face the core i7 - 4930K 6 and drop the 32 GB of RAM in? All boards of the community could offer?

  You can install and activate the software on two computers at the same time, even if you can't use it on a single computer at a time.

  I want to install a USB 2 card in one of my slots for PCI card in my desktop HPE-450f. I also have 2 friends with HPE-400 desktop computers that want to do the same. The problem is that the only cards I have found require a supply connection 4 pins on the inside. I can't find such a connector inside the box.   If you have compatible hardware and your computer still stops responding, disable any unnecessary material. Remove (USB) universal serial bus devices. Remove or disable network cards, sound cards and cards of the series; and then restart the installation.

  Click Install now
  Accept the license agreement
  When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

  Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 7 click Next.

  You will receive the following warning:

  The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

  (At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

  The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

  Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

  You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.
