I am a member of the payer for creative cloud, why am I being asked to choose a payment plan?
I have to reinstall again creative cloud and applications. but when I sign in it keeps asking my choose a payment option, if I am already a paying member, why wonder we still pay for a service I already pay for?

I have an account that I have lightroom & camera shop. I used all 3 for more than a year. But now.every when I click on the link for creative cloud, it takes me to the download page. Even when I reinstall, the link still takes me right to the download page. This can be corrected.
I fixed it by removing all the programs. Then I have them re-installed

I have a Macbook Pro. I upgraded 10.9.4 one downloaded the demo for creative cloud. It downloaded and installed, but does not open. I stopped and tried to reinstall. The same problem.

I came across the solution. In addition to download creative cloud, I needed to return to the site and download the trials for the programs I want to use - Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did, I was in business. Save bad if this was done in light on the download site.

Is it possible to extend the trial for creative cloud?
I started the trial at the time where I've been busy with school. I wasn't able to get a sufficient amount of time to try the adobe programs. To help me make my decision in if yes or no should I buy the subscription of cloud, it would be great to be able to extend my trial!

Trials cannot be extended, but you can Adobe creative cloud (one month to the next) purchase plan and you can use it for a month.

A lot of nothing happening with the installation of creative cloud
Nothing happens when I double click the Setup for creative cloud file and I tried all of the solutions I can think. Anyone know what could be my problem? I should also mention that I am on Windows 10 and creative cloud was, until recently, installed and working properly. I don't get an error message, so I am not able to find solutions in this way.

SUCCESS! It was a problem with the application manager. Problem, I mean that it was not installed. Once I installed it, installation of creative cloud has been impeccable. Thanks again for your help!

How to cancel a trial for 'creative cloud' market expiring in 11 days?
Hello – I own photoshop CS6 for a few yeas. For the past two weeks every time I open photoshop CS6 application to a menu window for the trial of "Creative cloud" which he did not ask my to buy it. I want to cancel the trail but won't let me not canceled is the only button I can click on "BUY". The lawsuit says ends in 11 days.
