I'm looking to upgrade the simple membership approx. full membership of creative cloud. It is not known if this is charged on a monthly basis or a lump sum payment at the beginning?
If you look at the page of the plans, you will see what is available in terms of charges. Because it can vary depending on where you are in the world, I can only describe what I see...

We were members of creative cloud and when the membership was to be renewed, we asked one month free. Should be easy. Try this...
- In thumbnail view, click the small triangle (pointing down) in the lower right corner of the asset you want to share.
- On the blue icon toolbar that appears, click on the share icon (the third icon from the left, just to the right of the trash icon). The sharing dialog box should appear.
- In the sharing dialog box, enter the e-mail address of the person with whom you want to share assets, then click on the button send an email - it will receive an email with a link to your assets. OR
- You can also copy a link to the asset and paste that in your own e-mail client if you wish. To do this, click on the link icon (looks like a 'chain' and to the right of the icon to email "envelope")-then click on the button, copy the link.
Note that stock options are not available if your asset is set to 'Private' - you can control if an asset can be seen (or downloaded) by others by clicking the control Public/private (green or red icon "lock").
You can also access the same controls hand, if you click on the file to see him score a point (you can do display thumbnails or list view); Click on the share icon near the top right of the window of the browser (to the right of the name of the asset).

After that, reinstall the product of your creative cloud desktop application.

Yes, we recently had an update for creative cloud application. It is always advantageous to update the application, because it has bugs or features that were probably missing in the previous version.

your subscription is linked to the adobe id that you used when you subscribe.
You can check your account, Adobe ID and may be able to correct some things.

CC cloud offer free space 2 GB, but if you bought the subscription for one of the CC app you'll get 20 GB space cloud until you have the subscription.
So, if you need more creative space Cloud you must subscribe.

Try this:
Before you import your files, go to file > project settings > General and change the rendering engine video software of Mercury playback engine only. Click OK, and then select Remove previews. Then import your files.
