  2. Save the file on your desktop zip and extract the file:
     -Right-click on the file and select extract all...
     -Click Next when prompted for the Destination.

  4. Hold the SHIFT key and right-click in the window.  Select "open here command prompt.

  5. A command prompt window should open a similar message:

  6. Type the following command and press ENTER:

  If the former then only your old account will be able to download updates of its applications (and potentially to redownload them store and allows them to a new computer).
