I am trying to open a program on CD rom. I even installed on my computer, but it does not open!

What do I get when I click on my program:

The procedure entry point? _xfunc@TR1@STD@@YAXXZ is not found in the MSVCP90.d11 dynamic link library

Hi JoAnne Johnson,

I suggest you try the following steps.

Method 1 - execute a System File Checker tool.

See this link for more information about the System File Checker tool.

How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the system files missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

If the System File Checker is no help, perform a clean boot.

Method 2: Run the clean boot.

Put your boot system helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

See the following article in the Microsoft KB for more information on how to solve a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

Thank you, and in what concerns:
