I bought a membership creative cloud of English language, but the creative Cloud Desktop application is set to a different language and judgement mode strat
I already uninstall all and reinstall everything.
On Adobe, there is a solution to solve the problem:

but I don't have Adobe Application Manager anywhere on the computer

Please change the language of office creative cloud CC apps. Go to preferences and you can change the language, as mentioned below screenshot.

Hi I just bought 3 annual prepaid membership for creative cloud adobe, with the same Adobe ID, I want to install each membership to another computer, how to do?
An Adobe ID can be used to activate any subscription CC twice. If you need to have three Adobe ID different for each of the pre paid subscription so that they can be used.
If you keep the same ID for three CC, it will not activate the third time & ask that you activate it from the previous.
You can return two subscription & buy under different ID.

This may be because of some problems with creative cloud sync,
However, you can do the below mentioned steps that may solve your problem.
(1) delete the files "MBLStore" and "OOBE" found in
on Mac: / Library/Application Support/Adobe
Windows XP:
Settings\Application Adobe application on Windows 7:
\AppData\Local\Adobe (2) and delete the folder "AdobeMuse" in
on Mac:
/Library/Preferences Windows XP: \Local
on Windows 7:
\AppData\Roaming Then launch Muse. It will go through the first launch experience to ask for the language of the INTERFACE, AdobeID, etc..
Let us know if that fixes the problem.

I wish I could change the language of control in creative applications Cloud committees, specifically Photoshop and InDesign; transform the adoptions American spelling English UK. Ex: "color," "meter", etc. My MacBook is set to English in the Commonwealth, my Adobe Creative Cloud Panel is set to English International and settings in InDesign (I couldn't find a linguistic control in Photoshop) have my language formatted to 'English UK. I have the absolute latest versions of all my software. How do I get out of these Americanisations! (Americanizations).

I have an individual membership of creative cloud I bought recently using my benefits 'existing owner' to be a long-time user of Adobe products...
I now want to move this to a small business membership so that my business partner can also use InDesign to a second location / IP.

This is the scenario:
I had an annual subscription for the Muse and other for Indesign. Then I saw that I need to Photoshop and Illustrator. I therefore decided to take the full CC membership. I used the 'Upgrade' option, assuming that he would cancel all my subscriptions from, because those who are included in the CC.
