  Illustrator Adobe CS6 disk bought for Mac OS, but when I run the DVD, the disc appears, but there is not viewable to install the content. I do not see an install.app file and the program does not automatically. Anyone know what I could do wrong? Thank you.

  You are able at all to run the Setup file manually?

  You can always try to download tye installation instead of using the drive.  Your serial number of the disk works for download.

  using macbook pro with os 10.7.5, was recommended to update adobe flash in firefox (22.0). did, which required closing and restarting firefox during the flash update.   I found my own solution to my problem! first of all, don't QUIT FIREFOX - to ensure this unwanted session does not become "last session". Instead, open a new window (command-N). in my case, he opened my usual default URL and, while in this window (whether before or after the closing of the first window browser that opened automatically after the update of adobe flash), the option 'restore previous session' in the menu historical reappeared! clicked on it and, therefore, the things everything worked normally.

  I have a Mac Mini (ver 6.2 end 2012, i7 to 2.3 GHz, OS X 10.10.5) that I just put new memory to upgrade to 4 GB 15 GB (Crucial 16 GB = 8GBx2 kit corresponding blades plug their scanner software and HW Apple specs). I use HDMI to my Vizio 32 inch HDTV and now my Mac runs slower for typing, clicks, etc, but the software seems to work fime. I have checjed the "about this Mac" and it shows the memory is available and authorized to use. I also run app "Cleaner" memory and it shows the total memory available and currently in use.

  Then what should I do to solve the slow?

  I run a mini end 2012 with 16 GB.  It's fast... I also have SSD which also provides the spectacular for startup performance improvement and any disk activity.

  I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 pre-loaded.  I would like to copy the Outlook .pst files containing all my Contacts, Emails (in and out) calendar items, tasks, etc. from my old computer (running Windows Vista) on my new computer.  My version of Outlook is 2007.  What I want to know is the plan of the book to find the files on the old computer, and then the directory map to find out where to stick them on my new computer, so that they appear automatically.  Can you give me the directry channels please?

  The best way to find the location is by going into Control Panel--> Mail, click data files and display the path to the .pst file.

  The answer is you can't. The only versions of Acrobat software eligible for upgrade to Acrobat DC are 10 Acrobat and Acrobat 11. Unfortunately, your only option with Acrobat 9 (or any other previous version of Acrobat) is to buy a full license (not updated). Please contact Adobe customer service (which is not here) for a refund or Exchange.

  I bought Adobe PSE 14 for Mac OSX El Capitan.  I downloaded it, but when I try to install it and I insert my serial number I get the message: unable to validate the serial number for Adobe Photoshop elements 14 this.  Not sure why it didn't work.  Suggestions anyone?

• Have CS4 Web Premium for Mac (student version) how to reinstall?

  I bought CS4 Web Premium for Mac in 2009 on the disc.  My hard drive has crashed just after installation, the second chance to install on the new HD.  Everything was fine until now.  I have a beefier HD installed and will need to be assured that I can install after the upgrade.  The disks will not allow because I've used up the 2 possible attempts.  Y at - it somewhere that I can very well the process for this?  I have all the information we need, I think.  Thanks a bunch!
