How do I unlock iphone 5s, how can I remove icloud?
If you mean the lock of activation (you can check its status here: https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/) you must ask the previous owner to remove it by providing the password.
Without correct email address and password, you will not be able to remove the lock of Activation.
If the former owner cannot help you, give him the phone and request a refund.

It is not clear to me if you have a problem of storage on your iPhone or in iCloud. You can go to settings > general > storage & use of iCloud. Note that there are then 2 sections on this screen - storage (which is on your phone) and iCloud. Each section has a storage management where you can see more details.

You use two phones? Or did you give the old phone to someone else? If you use two phones, one ID on both Apple is probably than most people. Before you give or sell an iOS device, you must sign in iCloud in settings > iCloud and restore the device as good as new.

You describe Activation Lock, which prevents the unauthorized use of the iPhone if it is lost or stolen.
This can be disabled either by:
- The former owner, grabbing their Apple ID and password of the device.
- The previous owner, removing the iPhone in their list of devices to locate my iPhone via iCloud.com.
In both cases, be sure to follow the instructions in the first article below.
If you can not organize or either of these actions, then you will not be able to use the iPhone. There is no way around this security feature.

Most likely, what you found, is that the iTunes version is the latest available for your operating system.
The latest version of iTunes is 12.4.3. This version requires at least OS X 10.8.5 or later version, or Windows 7 or later version.
If your iTunes version is earlier than 12.4.3, it will probably not recognize your 6s performance iPhone iOS 9.
If you do not have the required operating system, get first. Then download from iTunes

You have 14 days to return a phone from Apple after the purchase - which should answer your question of color
As for not being able to download apps - you're in a good WiFi zone and can you browse the internet on a web browser or send / receive emails?
Also check restrictions - general - settings to make sure that the download of applications is not limited

Why did you do that? If it shows the State of activation lock as off, then put it in recovery mode and DFU mode and restore iOS using iTunes.

What, in particular, looking to sync with the Mac iCloud? If you mean things like Contacts, calendars, Notes, etc., then you want to go in under the system preferences, click the iCloud and connect to iCloud there with your iCloud ID. Then select which items you want to sync'd via iCloud.
