log out and then back to your desktop app cc using the same adobe used to id register, you are connected is no longer in your Creative Cloud applications

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I bought creative cloud but phoshop saying that my purchase was expired I do not know how to use photoshop
Please refer to Cloud Creative applications back in test mode after an update until 2015 for CC
Also, make sure you use the right adobe ID to log in.

I bought creative cloud but I use the trial version

Last month, I bought Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year. I used the trial version for a month and it expired today, but now I can't use the full version. My membership details said that I indeed bought the CC, but it doesn't seem to work. The account is the same, everything seems as it should work. Unfortunately, this isn't. When I enter the redemption code, it says that the code has already been done. Can someone help me?

I have the fix, been makes me crazy, so had to go at the bottom of this, follow these steps (on Mac):
Go / go to the folder / and Type ~/Library
Next opening of Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
Place opm.dp in the trash, make sure that you have to empty it if you cannot you must ensure all Quit creative cloud applications include Creative Cloud Desktop Application
Then go / go to the folder / and type / library
Next opening of Application Support / Adobe
Scroll down and rename SLCache to SLCache_old
also rename SLStore to SLStore_old
That's all. Launch no matter what Application of CC, will launch the Application Manager, click to register, sign in, then the application should open without any problems

If so, follow the procedure below:
(1) right click on the Finder on dock icon and select the option "Go - To Folder."
(2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return './ etc
(3) it opens the etc folder, please search for the file named ""host " and copy the same office screen.it"
(4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.
Let me know if you see any Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

I tried to open creative cloud on my new mac, but after hours and hours of being returned to the circles, I'm officially sick. Is there a simplified way of the opening to the top of your creative cloud custom on a second computer?
It works no different that on your first system – app install CC, log in, install the programs. If you have specific questions, you need to better explain and provide the necessary technical information such as specification of the system.

Can someone check and see if there is a problem with my order or my account? I'm a bit concerned by the latter, RM585 isn't exactly a small sum of money, I wouldn't have been sucked out of my card and received nothing in return.
