I bought Photoshop elements 14 dvd... put it in my computer (windows) and nothing.  I tried to troubleshoot - copy to my office, etc.  but there is no setup.exe.  .  According to the booklet and instructions online, I need to click on "Configuration".

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  I bought Photoshop elements 12 at Costco, the organizer of the charges, but when I click to edit a photo, that the app says to load the editor, gets my ID and password, and then just churns and barattes for over an hour (and I tried it several times).  It stops when I use the Task Manager to stop it.  I cannot edit my photos and am about to take that back.  Elements 7 works perfectly.
