  This will be using the graphics card, in the display properties, if your card supports the use of two monitors independently and different directions, you'll be fine.   From what I can tell, none of the major controls are supported a RTL layout.  Really, you have two options:

  -Living with everything you are looking for evil in RtL languages

  -Create your own custom controls that support the LTR and RTL layout modes

  (Considering how popular BlackBerry 10 currently is in the countries of the Middle East, I am frankly surprised that they do not have a lot of effort in the RTL support yet.)
