So I replaced the modem with a newer LinkSys modem and to set up a wired connection. It is all set up. Computer of my mother to return on the internet but the Alienware can access only a wired connection and Toshiba recall has not wired port has no access.

  If I click on the Linksys WiFi network, it tries to connect but do not have the password. If I try to access the neighbor's WiFi it asks password.

Their website is not secure (doesn't have a password).  I asked the owner of the Café, and she said that no one else is having problems using the network wireless cafes. It is reset (powered by power-off) the router for me. One of my friends came and was able to connect with his computer. I have no other problems with connection problems in other cafes wireless hotspots. When I put them to the top of the login window Wi - Fi it usually shows 4-5 signal strength of bar for coffee, I connect not too.  Once I connect to wireless coffee it shows 'connected' but 'no internet access. It is also sometimes said "restricted access".   I'm looking for a solution to this problem.

For my computer wireless card internal both external card I bought do not work in this wifi hotspot.  I'm planning to get my own ip.

  Please do the following and after each test to see if the problem is resolved - if yes, then you can omit the following steps - I tried to list them in ascending order of the effort at least on a Mac and / or an iDevice

  2. If the answer 1 is 'yes' - try to connect the device assigned to somewhere else if possible - coffee or the University
  3. Please see recommended settings of WiFi routers and Apple access points
