I can't contact Adobe or activate my Adobe software!
God, how I despise this company. HORRIBLE customer service and I can NOT WAIT until a COMPANY OTHER catches this one because it's horrible! I tried almost a month-chat is unavailable, nobody calls me-Jesus God, I just need to install my Lightroom 6 WHICH I PAID MONEY for YOU IDIOTS I am NOT RICH! I had an accident-computer system went BYE BYE and I NEED TO DOWNLOAD AGAIN and of course, I can't because it still shows me connected to 2 devices AND I'M NOT! You can SOMONE please help me so I can download it again? Cat DOES NOT WORK!
I understand your frustration. I can tell you that this link -Contact customer- with the workflow such that selected (Lightroom > downloading and installing > licensing and Activation) works fine for me on Chrome and Safari. I am able to start a conversation without problem. You are behind a firewall or anything that might block your access? If so, try disabling it temporarily. Can also help to clear your cookies and cache.

If you are unable to retrieve your serial number and the installer through the links provided by John, you can contact customer service via chat. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software like Acrobat 9, but they can get your serial number or answer questions about licensing.

You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers on the same platform (mac or pc), as long as you don't use it on a facility at the same time.
If must not already be used the software on the first computer, deactivate the license on this computer - How to disable the software. This allows it to be installed on another computer to any.
If you no longer have access to the computer and your software is still supported, you can ask the Support from Adobe that allows you to disable the software. Have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, then contact us.

I have a problem with the default country associated with my Adobe ID I have a subscription in progress, but I'm not able to add a credit card, because my Adobe ID is associated with a country where I've lived (Spain) years ago. The default country is the Spain, so I can't add a Swedish credit card.
According to Adobe, I need to create a new account and cancel my subscription with the current account. However, the chat does not work, and after much research, I can't find a way to contact Adobe support... So, how to cancel my subscription?

It looks like a country mismatch error. In my view, there are two different countries associated with the same e-mail address.
You can me message your course of shipping and billing address, so that I can solve the problem for you.
Alternatively, you can also contact the team of Support Adobe here and it would be fixed.

Can't update Adobe software CC to CC 20141 2014 or install programs

When I try to update Adobe software cc cc 20141 2014 download will stop at 42% and gives a report. : failed installation. When I look at 'additional information' it gives the following information: 0 fatal Error (s), 0 error (s)
I recently discovered another installation software adobe cc 2014 also give this problem.
I tried to uninstall the software to reinstall it, but then I got the following report: error: DM003: cannot install x 64 payloads on a x 86 machine
Ive tried to rename the OOBE OOBE_old folder, renamed AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat in AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat_old. Did not work (the app still stops at 42%)

My problem is how can I disable the LR from a dead computer? Q & A told contact us but I eventually be achieved here so that any idea people? Now, I have 2 problems this one and I already asked help for each other but not getting anywhere. I need to load LR but get a popup saying I exceeded my limit and need to disable a single application.
You really need to explore this link more in detail. It's the best way to communicate with Adobe. And there is nothing anyone here can do to solve your problem.
