  Thanks, but I watched a video on Youtube.com that showed how to hold down the sound buttons and power at the same time until the menu appears where you can choose to do a factory reset.  It worked!

I have that, it is not a signal problem because I could watch the TNT cable SCART on the computer and the image and the sound is fine just using the freeview box. It seems to be the Media Center.   Apparently, this was caused by an outdated ATI graphics card driver. I recommend upgrading your graphics card driver to resolve this issue. Should work fine then

  5 - raise the cloud creative app and connect
