  Try the following steps:

  Step 1:
  First, go to the following location and delete all the contents of the folder:
  C:\Windows\System32\spool\printers

  Step 2:
  After that, try to restart the print spooler service as follows:
  a. go to start and type services.msc in the start search box and press on enter.
  b. Locate the print spooler service.
  c. right-click on the service, click on restart and set it to automatic.

  Step 3:
  Download the drivers for your printer from the link below:
