  If you already got this feature software download full for your printer on the link below and save to your desktop.  If you move it to your desktop.

  Then download revo uninstaller on the link below and install it.

  Unplug the printer from the PC.

  Revo and see if it finds any printer software installed.  If so, right-click the icon of the software and choose uninstall.  During the process you may be asked to remove the registry entries.  If you are, just select and click on delete.  Do the same for any left over files and folders.  When finished, restart the PC.

  Disable any Antivirus and Antispyware software.

  Now, right click on the installer to your desktop and select "Run as Administrator", the connected printer when you are asked.
