  cases where 1 = 1 then hiredate otherwise hiredate end

  You can use the presentation variables to pass the value of the command prompt in the report or any formula in the column.

  In the dash prompt, you see an option called 'Set the Variable' where, and you must give a name to the variable. (Say Var_value)

  Now, the value of the variable can be referenced simply by using the syntax @{name} {10}. Here '10' being the default is optional you can simply reference using the @{Name} and you value invited past.

  I have windows vista and used the program Windows Movie maker for about a month to download music and photos in a slide show.  Every day, I closed and was able to reopen my project without problem.  Last night, I decided to burn a dvd to see what she looked like my tv and decide whether I should make other changes.  So I chose the burn to DVD option which then opened my project with Windows DVD maker, and I burned the DVD (took about 40 minutes).  I watched the DVD on my TV and it is great.  Now, I do about 7 more copies of the DVD because it's a Christmas gift.  But for some reason I can't open in EACH program.  I can't open or import into Windows DVD creation program.  I get this message "myfile. MSWMM is not valid or is corrupted.  When I try to open in Windows Movie Maker I get this message "myfile. MSWMM cannot be opened because it is not a valid windows Movie Maker project.  When I try to import THEM to windows movie maker I get a message telling me I need to install the CODEC (what IS?)  Help!

  Movie Maker. (you should be able to find your myfile.mswmm
  file in your videos folder)

  Download and install the freeware ImgBurn.

  Unless you have an idea, when it started and what changes have been made before the appearance of this problem (and by changes it could be software installation/uninstall, update existing software, make changes, etc), you should probably do a reinstall. If you have a Vista disc to the same level as the current installation, insert it and follow the instructions for an inplace upgrade. If you have a system pre-installed with recovery of manufacturer, follow their instructions.

  Randomly change file permissions should not solve your problems.

  Linux is a viable alternative, but it may suffer corruption as well, and you will probably find a real support to fail.

  Recently, my photoshop CS5 played upward and often when I try to save files it will freeze to the point of crash and clicking on ok. Today too it crashed when I tried to open a photoshop file.

  Yes, you're crashing on a good bug known to MacOS.

  Apple is still working on a fix.

  But in the meantime, go run disk utility and repair your disks - which must repair the disk of the data structures and avoid the bug.

  When I got my new laptop Toshiba as a gift in 2007 Microsoft Office Word and Excel etc were already set up so I don't have disks or keycodes. . I can't afford to buy a completely new desktop system and I have no way of knowing which Microsoft Office (2007)? creating documents.   A trial version of MS Office may have been pre-installed. If you have activated Office (purchased a license), then you could try to call Microsoft to reactivate.

  If you reinstall Windows using your Toshiba recovery disc, the installation of Office must be installed. (Note that the restore disk will delete your data, back up your files first).

  Alternatively, you can use OpenOffice to read your documents. OpenOffice (free) works with Microsoft Office files.

  Looks like you need support as there must be some serious problems. Check in the settings (BIOS/CMOS)
  as you start - usually F2 - to see if the disc is recognized and is 1st in the boot order.
