  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.  The first thing I would say is to remove all external devices from your PC (except the mouse and keyboard) and then restart.  If she does not always correctly, then try to start safe mode.  Here is a link that explains the Safe Mode and how to start to it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222

  To use the functionality of the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), in a new message window, click View | All headers and type the addresses separated by a; Or: Click the button to. You will see your list of contacts and the choice to put them in the To, CC, or BCC field. Click on an address, and then click BCC to add it. Repeat for all of the contacts you want. (Note: most of the providers have limits as to how many messages you can send both a. 25 is common, but it varies).

  I have converted until a content Flowed Page1 and readjusted the fields to be part of a subform or a table.

  To provide space between the sections, I added the Top property in the layout of the subform.

  This problem may be caused by the Yahoo! toolbar as scopes as well down and covers the top of the browser window, allowing links in this part of the screen not clickable.

  Looks like the Navigation bar is what you have now. What happens when you press the Alt key? You see the Menu bar, at least temporarily until you press another button or click a mouse button. When this Menu bar is displayed, press the V button to open the view menu, and then move the slider on the toolbar and click on the menu bar menu item. The Menu bar should then stay open all the time and you won't need to deal with the orange Firefox button.
