I can't uninstall my program with any means I can think

I want to uninstall my program (flash, etc) because the program is in trouble and I want to re - install, but I do my best usage of some sort and I still can't uninstall them.i need your help to solve my problem.thank you

Hello ierosodin (?),.

I forgot to ask about your programs, CC or? If Yes, and you said, you "re-" already installed, then it becomes a little complicated. It would be necessary that you need to use «Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool»

Here's a tip for that (the order varies according to your individual needs. Please read first, all my proposals so you can better choose the first step :)

1. maybe you will need to toggle, so please take a look here:

http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html

2. sometimes we know in the meantime, the "opm.db" file is the culprit. In this case, you must remove it.

3 have you ever try to "uninstall and re - install '? Be careful with the aso facility (de). by (de) installation of your own resources. As much as I regret and I'm afraid as strange as it may seem, it is a challenge for Creative Adobe cloud cleaning tool. Sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

I quote: Adobe Creative Suite cleanup tool allows to solve the problems of installing Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3 - CS6) applications. The tool removes the records facility for preliminary facilities of Cloud applications or Creative Suite creative. It does not affect existing installations of earlier versions of Creative Suite or creative Cloud applications.

Please use: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and follow the prescribed sequence of operations

4. If necessary, and for any other question, click on through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and so "open" Please use the cat, I had the best experiences. I quote Preran: the chat button is enabled as soon as there is an available agent to help.

Good luck!

  • How to uninstall a program with viruses

    Hello

I bought a laptop 15-n228us Pavilion with Windows 8.1 in April. Several weeks ago, I searched for Microsoft Photo Editor, I've included in the Start Menu, somehow, I was guided to a site for free download. To make a long story short, I accidentally downloaded some intrusive adware - does not mention that again, I don't have the photo Editor. In any case, I removed most of these programs through Control Panel - uninstall program except the last. This one is called "blasteroids" everytimes when I tried to uninstall it, it gave me a message of "SEIS (or EISS?). launch of failure"and Norton 360 comes up saying an installer with the .exe file that contains Trojan viruses has been blocked. So now, I'm not able to remove this "blasteroids' and it appears everytimes ads when I visit a Web site.

My question is: How can I remove this program attached virus? Any input is appreciated and thanks in advance.

  • I can't uninstall a program.

Hi, I had a problem when an update of Windows has not installed properly (DiBcom DIB9080) and uninstalled my program for an internet mobile dongle thinking he had something to do with this, I can recall the points of restoration and restored back before the update of that and everything was fine until I tried to re - install my dongle. At first I kept getting "setup.exe has stopped working" whenever I put the dongle or tried to remove the program delivered by the restoration. I now get a message saying that the dongle is trying to load the version 1 of his program and I installed 2 version and uninstall the present before it can charge its version but whenever I try to ununstall I get the "setup-exe has stopped working"! I tried to uninstall mode 'secured' with the same result.
I use Windows Vista Home Premium and this is my first easy answers so nice laptop please.
    Thank you very much, Steve.

Hello, I have the same kind of problems:

    * Vista Business 64-bit
    * Installation fails of DIBCOM DIB9080 update via Windows Update.
    * Blue screen whenever I do stop or restart.
    * Huawei E169 UMTS / 3G Stick for Internet access
    * After blue screen often do not have access to other USB devices (printer stock, memory).

The DIBCOM driver is not required by me, but I could see in (section sound, video and game controllers) Device Manager, it has been activated.
Uninstalling the driver gave rise to a Manager hanging devices. So I had to stop this application in the Task Manager. Fortunately, after restarting worked without problem. Unfortunately, the pilot and the bluescreens return shortly after.

I am now trying alternative to get rid of the driver:
    * Uninstall software of Huawei stick. Other good ideas are appreciated.

Why a normal Microsoft Update a crash is not clear to me. Windows recommends the automatic updates and see what you get when you follow that.

    More info on July 1.

The following seems to work for me:
    (1) uninstall and remove the DIBCOM driver through Device Manager.
    (2) restart the computer
    (3) uninstall the key USB of HUAWEI 3 G/UMTS connection software
    (4) restart the computer
    (5) check if the DIBCOM is back in Device Manager
    (6) otherwise, reinstall the Huawei connect software.
    (7) be sure hide update Dibcom in the Windows Update program so that it is ignored in the future the update process.

So far, restarting the computer does not give bluescreens more (by the way: type of Bluecreen I had before was driver, out of State).

    Kind regards
    Lorenz

  • I can't uninstall a program from my laptop HP Pavillian?

Well, I want to uninstall this program Emusic Manager to my laptop but cannot. I tried like 5 times, but nothing happens. I finally use the Task Manager to click out. And Yes, I tried using programs to remove this program too. Have you ever had this problem with Emusic? And can you help me please? It is a new laptop, I just it 2 months ago so I won't have any problems with it!

If you have nothing nice to say then keep your mouth shut!

Hello Cuddleboo45. I understand that you are having problems uninstalling a specific program called emusic. Is this correct?

That emusic can be a piece of adware by Symantec, which probably explains why you are having problems removing it.  However, there are also legitimate software named Emusic, so I can't be certain of that.

I have a few suggestions to remove the software. The first is to try to remove it from safe mode. Follow these steps to enter the mode on your machine safe. Once you're in safe mode, you'll want to try to uninstall the software just as usual (from the control panel).

If this does not work you can try to use a spyware/adware removal tool to solve the problem. I recommend using either Spybot Search and Destroy or Malwarebytes. Install one of these programs (but not both!) and run it in safe mode.

Let me know if one of these solves the problem.  If these solutions do not work, I'll give you the next steps to try.  Have a great day!

  • How can I remove a program is located in administrative tools: Services? I uninstalled the program, but it still appears in 'Services '.

In order to install a new version of the Anti trend anti-virus software, I have to make sure that another program is completely uninstalled.  The trend stops when if is the program still in 'services.  How can I remove it?

Out of curiosity, what would the other program that does not properly uninstall?

If it were other software AV (McAfee, Norton, Symantec, NOD32, Avira, Avast, etc.), many of them require their own special to make them correctly and completely uninstalled uninstall tool/program.  If you do not uninstall program, you will end up with pieces of the old program left on your system.  Just by using Add/Remove programs no longer cuts on some of these things.  These uninstaller programs are generally on the Support page for the AV program, you need to uninstall.

In any case (what 3.5%?), here's a good guide that explains how to remove a Service from your system.

  • I can't uninstall a program on my laptop (MyWebSearch-Zwinky)

I can't uninstall a program on my computer laptop (MyWedSearch-Zwinky) he said that he could not find specified package. What can I do? Help, please...

    Hi ginger,

It's Jason with Mindspark Interactive Network technical support.

We want to assure you that, contrary to what you may have read or heard, My Web Search® and its related products is not and has never been malware, spyware or adware. In fact, the My Web Search toolbar has been tested by the editors of security software and has been shown repeatedly to be free of any threat.

The toolbar can be removed by using the standard Add/Remove feature of your Windows operating system.

Important: It is not advisable to manually remove any files or registry entries, or to use the 3rd party software that can leave artifacts behind.

Please note that you will continue to see the My Web Search toolbar until you close and reopen all instances of your Web browser. A reboot will complete the uninstall.

We hope this helps, and that in the future, you will take a second look at the My Web Search toolbar.
