    My old credit card information are on point or has expired and Im trying to update the site, but it does not for me. I need to fix this before October 30 or my membership will be cancelled. It seems with all the threads on this problem that adobe really needs to look at how their site is structured and secure it. I tried calling and chatting with customers and they didn't not help me at all, partly because they were Indians and did not fully understand my problem. It's extremely frustrating. Can someone help me on this please

    On your phone you can do so by tapping your id in settings > iTunes & App Store by typing "show the apple ID" on the popup and connecting the account, or you can do this via the shop > menu option view the account on iTunes from your computer: change or delete your Apple ID - Apple Support payment information

    I have a subscription to the CC since April 2016 here in Germany. I pay a monthly fee through Paypal. Each month, the subscription is supposed to transfer to Adobe.

    On 21 may, I received an email from Adobe indicating that there was a problem with my method of their choice of payment.

    Visit accounts.adobe.com I saw this:

    Even if there is an entry on the lower right side, saying: a Bill was created may 21, there is no entry on the paypal site, saying that the money was sent.

    In the Red Panel, it says (in German), "error!" There was a problem with your last payment. Update your details of payment of your service to continue. »

    I clicked on the blue link ("update your payment information"). Then I was asked to fill out a form (name, address, etc.).

    Then this window will appear:

    On the bottom there are two entries that say, "your registration" (on the left), "suggested address" (on the right side).

    I chose the suggested address, then he put me on accounts.adobe.com and it seemed to work as the Panel of red error message was gone.

  • Impossible to update my payment information.

    Hey guys!

    A few days ago there was a problem with my paypal so I was unable to pay my subscription of the CC. Now adobe asked me to update my payment information in order to be able to pay with paypal, but there is a problem with the site. When I click on the link "Edit" next to my paypal email address in the payment details window, there is no reaction to that. It just shows the four squares (loading icon) for a second, but nothing happens. Also the same thing when I click on save. I tried with all web browsers on my computer, but the problem appears in each of them.

    Try a different browser.  I use firefox and chat works quickly for me (in the usa).
