I can't update my Premiere Pro 2014 CC Version 8.01 to 8.1 on my Mac...?
I'm trying to update my first 8.01 to 8.1 on my Mac Pro workstation with 10.8.5 OSX. Creative cloud install only version 8.01.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with updates, but it will still only give me the 8.01 version and not the new...?
Does anyone have the same problems or ideas?

Impossible to update for Premiere Pro 9.2 version 9.0.0
Last month, I have installed and successfully used the trial version of PP 9.2.0. Once the trial failed, I uninstalled the app because I don't think I need it again. Yesterday I tried to reinstall again to work on an old project, but version 9.0.0 has been installed instead (via CC). Now, I can't update to 9.2 little matter what I do. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, has run the Adobe CC cleaner, deleted all files in preferences, rebooted several times, created new user Admin, tried to update via Help menu cloud creative and autonomous patch installers (get the message error "this patch is not applicable to you"), but nothing does. I'm clearly not updating despite what says creative cloud and I'm unable to open old projects of 9.2 to 9.0. I googled the hell out of this issue and have tried everything under the Sun, but I can't PP to update. Help, please.

Just a hunch. "ig75icd64.dll" is the driver intel HD graphics. That should narrow down your search. You may need to reinstall/day (or if it has just updated - then push) that this driver.

I've just updated for Premiere Pro CC 2014 and it does not start
I've just updated for Premiere Pro CC 2014, and now I see an error message saying: he cannot find capable games modules. I updated the driver for my graphics (over-pants) card and tried running as Administrator without change. I'm under fire amd control center pro, which does not have the parameters of speed that is suggested for this problem. For some reason, the original first Pro CC can still open (thankfully). I looked at this problem the support page and it's listed, but when I click the link it redirects me to the beginning of the troubleshooting questions. I hope that there is an answer for letting me use the latest version of first!

CC of Premiere Pro 2014 update Patch has failed / download error
I have a PP 2014 project, created on another machine, which does not open on my computer at home.
I have cc 2014 on my machine at home, but noticed I have spin 8.0.0. Manager creative cloud read that my software is up-to-date - I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro 2014 - the installation was successful, but he said a Patch didn't - I have try AGAIN would have several times, no luck. The dialog box reads:
UPDATE FAILED - download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer Support. (49).
CC PP 2014 project will not always be open.
Help?

My Source and program monitor stopped working: Premiere Pro 2014
Here's how it all started.
I got an error that says I didn't have the correct video modules, then came the ugly face of BSOD. I rebooted, tried again, same result. I did a system restore with Windows, reinstalled Windows 8.1, reinstalled all my plugins and programs Adobe CC, and when I opened my project has been completely blurred. Uninstalled all Adobe software, ran CC Cleaner, reinstalled. This audio in my videos work, but now there is only a white screen on my my Source monitor and program when I try to play my calendar. I did a restore of the system under Windows, went on my site of manufacturers of laptop and updated computer to update my bios, the graphics driver and processor. Also reinstalled windows updates and my Adobe software, I tried CC Cleaner before each installation, tried to return to the previous version of first and still nothing in my source or program monitor.

Things I've tried other threads:
-J' read it could be a problem with the. So I also tried to start a new project with the MTS files. MOV files and h.264 and still nothing.
-J' tried to go to the project settings and choose "make with the software", still nothing.
-J' tried to clear the cache of the multimedia files under C: / / users / my user/app data/roaming/Adobe/common...you guessed, NOTHING.
-J' tried to use my daughters 'Frozen' magic wand, we bought for Christmas solve the freezing problem with magic as Elsa has done in the film... surprisingly, still nothing.
Any other ideas out there?

You have two graphics cards? You can check that in Device Manager > display adapters.
If so, disable Intel Graphics and see if it helps.
Have you tried to trash the preferences?
Rename the 8.0 for trash folder preferences:
\Users\ \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro\ Thank you

Adobe Premiere Pro 2014 CC maintains late and crashing
My Adobe Premiere Pro 2014 CC maintains late and crashing to a point where I can't do my job. When I open my first file, I can work on my calendar for maybe two or three minutes before it lags, freezes and then eventually crashes. I am at a loss of what is exactly causing my problem because I edit mostly the H.264 files and my sequences are not complex in every sense of the term. I've dealt with this days and I can't seem to find a solution. If anyone has any advice please let me know because I'm desperate. Thank you.

My employer praised just a new system for me. Until last week, I got PP 2014 installed and everything went without problems. Since the new system and install the latest version of Premiere Pro 2014.2 I can no longer work on anything.
The software will remain open, if I start it and do nothing. I can even open a project, and there is work. The problem occurs when I try to do something either import a file, open a sequence, rename a title, etc.
