Therefore, I can't import Windows Live Mail in the iMAC email tool.  To add insult to injury, Microsoft Outlook email tool on the iMAC is import the Windows Live mail.  (No use asking, I guess, why Microsoft would enact incompatible messaging formats without integrating converters through the indexing schemes).  In short, is it possible to return to Outlook Express?

  If there is another user account on the computer that has admin access, you can use it to reset your own password from the control panel.

  If there is no other user accounts, there are a built-in backup Administrator account, but for security reasons, you can only get to Safe Mode.
