  I was curious to know if there was a way I could change the name of a folder on my list of added items leaving the name of the original file untouched. I work in an accounting firm that shares all of our records on a single server, and we can't rename an any of them like all the world has its own shortcuts and what not on their individual computers. For example, some of our files are separated into folders by file type, exercises and billing periods, like this:

  Digitized invoice copies

  If I have two folders period 1 has performed the fallen on my desk, they are both the same labeled, but I would like to I know not what specific folder, I work in rename them. Is there a way I can rename the folder on my list of items added on my desktop without changing the name of the file in its original location? I know that I can hover over the name of the folder to get the exact location of the file, but when I work quickly, it becomes a bit cumbersome to do this for every file, especially when I need to have several folders (at least 10) pinned.

  Ive created an editable interactive report... Everything works very well, and I have several Text, LOV and selection list columns...

  However when I now click on a column header to filter, sort etc drop-down list is the same format as the column itself. So if for example, I have a text box, then the drop-down list is also text boxes, if the column is a column LOV, the filter drop-down list is a list of fields LOV. (Im assuming this is correct behavior, because it simply inherits the column parent..)   So, I would change the lists to a list of standard display so that they are in order and can be used...

  2. click on the lock icon to unlock, then enter an administrator name and password.

  3. click on the pop-up menu Action , then choose "apply to the included items.

  and you also have to give all the permissions to the Adobe User Library folder (~ / library) as defined by miguana in the initial post.

I restart the computer and changed the BIOs to boot from the CD. So as usual, I'm prompted to press any key to start from the CD or DVD. I do and I get normal loading windows files, and at the end of this road, I get the Welcome screen in windows7 with no option and a fat slider. I don't have the little box that tells me that I can fix my computer or reinstall windows, NOTHING.   Accidentally, I changed the default program to open the .py (Python script) files at the command prompt, now I can't change it back even in the Control Panel, the check box is gray. Also I tried the registry editor, I do not have the NoFileAssociate file.
