I do not get Xbox Live rewards
I've been a member for xbox live rewards and do not have the microsoft points when I was a member on xbox gold since March 8, 2011. The xbox live team reward said they already have the points and told me to come here, if I had not received my points.

I've had my Xbox 360 for 4 years now and have recently decided to use it. I put in place when I was first, and for some reason any, I put the setting of family on it, I asked my parents if they did but they said no, so I thought I could have done myself but I don't remember the password or my security question and now I can not their and I can't get Xbox live or connect to the internet. I looked on the internet means that I could reset the Xbox or the parameters of the family, but they include all something on your hard drive but I don't have a hard drive, I also saw that if you put your age as 18 years as the family settings are enabled and you can find your access code in the settings , but I don't know where to find it. I would be grateful to anyone who helps to solve this problem.

Xbox Live does very well on a mobile broadband service. If you want to do multiplayer games, you will definitely need a line physical broadband installed in your home, ADSL or cable otherwise lag will be simply too high to be read correctly, assuming that T-Mobile would not block it. Mobile broadband services are also usually with very low usage limits. For example a few GB per month, which can be chewed by downloading just a couple of demos on Xbox Live. I try to get in touch with a representative of the Xbox, but have not been able to find someone who can tell what to do about this.
I would like a refund for a year of subscription Xbox Live that I never asked (they have my movies and Music Apps account details). I got a free month of Xbox Live that I tried and then disconnected my Xbox on the internet.
But they kept charging me, which I've learned only recently because I had debit cards and they overloaded my account!

After spending money on a member gold and microsoft points, they are no longer visible on our accounts, we tried to buy back the passwords etc, supposed to take 24 hours which is more than a week now, I can't afford to lose or replace these, they worked perfectly for 2 weeks, tried to reinstall , but they come from the back, which is not valid, please help teens at home 24/7!

Hello, let me start by apologizing if in the wrong category. Xbox Live site put me in here for support, but absolutely no option category has anything with the Xbox.
I tried to get a particular gamertag since I'm on Live 8 or 10 years. It was taken early Moldavian by the same person since then. They had zero activity on their profile all these years, but the gamertag is taken. I'm guessing they did account for a trial period of play, but nevwr used after a night. I know, there was a purge earlier this year, but this tag was not yet erased. Is there ANY downtime that will serve just to users? I mean 10 years of inactivity is crazy enough.

Xbox live novice cannot open a session
Hi guys
I bought a xbox live gold for my boys as a birthday gift. Boys in error could not operate because they were rushing forward and did not read the instructions. They had not bought the code. I bought the code via my pc and my old hotmail account, everything seems ok with that. Return to the xbox now I get an error with the email addresses are not incorrect. Have tried to make a new identity etc just go around in circles. Help

I just bought $ 35, value of the xbox points after recording for several weeks so I can get xbox live. Only now know that you can buy literally anything you sell except Xbox Live. Isn't it just great. You have no solid reason as to why I can't buy Xbox Live, I just cant. Oh look I can buy Windows 10 but not Xbox Live. I can buy games, but not Xbox Live. And the icing on the cake, I still need a credit card. The idea of the gift card was because I don't have a credit card. Maybe micrsoft, instead of stealing money from people and throw in the trash, you should focus on letting people use their money. This is the kind of rubbish that makes people move PlayStation. Thank you for taking my money to Microsoft.

Xbox Live for free (read before removal, please)
I'm posting here in the hope of getting some tips (also it came not under any topic because apparently no one needs to ask a question on the Xbox). I cancelled Xbox Live auto renew on 04/07/2016 (date format UK) and my subscription ends 14/04/2016.
I was stimulated in cancel my subscription when I noticed a transaction pending on my Bank for Xbox Live 7/4 /.
so I called the Bank and told them to stop any future Xbox live payments and cancelled through the Microsoft Web site.
My problem is that I have now paid for a month subscription however my access is stopped in 7 days. This means that I paid £5.99 7 days of access. I wish a refund or my access extending to the 7/5.
I tried to contact Microsoft, but the prosecution has not appeared on my section of my account billing
but it is visible on the page Subscriptions & Services.
Because it is not not visible on my billing history I was talking to the person couldn't do much. I was going to provide pictures for the support worker, but they said they said they cannot open external links for safety. I want to email Microsoft support, but their site does a very good job of not providing one or making it very difficult to put the hand off.
Yet once again, I came here hoping to get a form of guidance on who I should talk to about it (I tried the live chat, but still they cannot open links) or maybe get an email to send to
