I have charges on my account for Xbox live, but not to allow payments and have not used for a year!

I try to get in touch with a representative of the Xbox, but have not been able to find someone who can tell what to do about this.

I would like a refund for a year of subscription Xbox Live that I never asked (they have my movies and Music Apps account details). I got a free month of Xbox Live that I tried and then disconnected my Xbox on the internet.

But they kept charging me, which I've learned only recently because I had debit cards and they overloaded my account!

How can I get in touch with Xbox billing people?
What can I do to try to get this cleared up?
