I have charges on my account for Xbox live, but not to allow payments and have not used for a year!
I try to get in touch with a representative of the Xbox, but have not been able to find someone who can tell what to do about this.
I would like a refund for a year of subscription Xbox Live that I never asked (they have my movies and Music Apps account details). I got a free month of Xbox Live that I tried and then disconnected my Xbox on the internet.
But they kept charging me, which I've learned only recently because I had debit cards and they overloaded my account!
How can I get in touch with Xbox billing people?
What can I do to try to get this cleared up?

I checked my status on the xbox live for black ops 2 and all said I'm good. So I know that I'm not banned... but I can't play online for only Black Ops 2. I connect to xbox live from the dashboard and then what game to start and go to the multiplayer mode, it then asks me to connect to xbox live, but my profile is grayed out and I can't sign... How can I delete my account free xbox live?
I use it not in all cases and I want to cancel it. When I try to remove my microsoft account I get this message "You must cancel any paid services or a Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.". On my account, I don't any paid service or points.

the strange situation is as follows:
wireless - connected according to wifi for wireless LAN configuration, BBVE also recognizes that this wlan key is connected.
But: slide down to quicksetup watch activates a Wi - Fi connection, but no wlan SSID name.
tests of shows: one of the mobile network connection is used by the applications.
Disabling the closed mobile connection shows under "WiFi" SSID and apps now use the wlan connection.
later reactivate the mobile networks and the WiFi connection is lost for the apps again...
sometimes restart fixes this, but then again this question comes backup upward.
Any suggestions for one more permanent solution (other than reboot until both work)?

seems, that I solved it now
the problem is with a VPN set to automatic connection via the mobile network (only), this forces obviously BB10 to prefer the mobile connection on any wlan connection.
activation of vpn autoconnect for mobile and Wi - Fi seems to correct this problem.
Mixture of BB does unfortunately by Wi - Fi when a vpn is active, but that's another story, I guess that...

My e-mail account (* address email is removed from the privacy *) were blocked around 2 weeks due to a person to hack my hotmail and sending spam, I have since entered the validation process and have received an email to say "we are pleased to inform you that we were able to successfully validate your account information.» A password reset link is sent to the alternate email address you provided. Please understand that the reset password link will expire in 3 days and can only be used once. "This was sent a week ago but I have not received the new password so that I can access my emails. There are documents on my email I need to access emergency so I would be grateful if you could send the new password to the secondary email (my email for work already done) or to this new hotmail account that I opened today as a temporary measure in the meantime that my old account password.

Sort by date does not account for the year

Are you in the files by computer / disk / folder or you use a shortcut to get the file? Shortcuts sometimes do not function correctly, but it generally works very well if you sort starting with the link to the computer (I have just last week took a thread with the same question, and that is the resolution).
Click the down arrow next to the update and then click on the Group and it will sort chronologically in groups: maybe the option will work. Painful modified Date works fine on my system, first for files separately and then for files separately.
I hope that this workaround works for you. Otherwise (or you do not like the solution even if it works), after return and we will make a troubleshooting complete diagnosis to try to identify the problem and solve it.

I am buying a product key for Vista Edition basic family. I have a CD, but the product key is used that I use another laptop with vista running. The CD provided with my old laptop. I understand that microsoft doesn't sell vista, but I've been looking online and I don't want to pay with paypal (I don't have an account set up) and I don't have a credit card. Any suggestion would be great!
Please note that Windows Vista Home Basic OEM only distributed. If your copy has come pre-installed, then the product key should be in the certificate of Authenticity label. In addition, please note that these copies are not transferable, nor can you get another product key if you still have the old one running.
You can buy a new product key or contact the Microsoft Customer Service for more options.

I have used Firefox for years. I bought a new Dell laptop 3 weeks ago, came with Internet Explorer. Later, I downloaded FF 6.0.1 that I prefer. After a few days of normal use, the Yahoo mail page newspaper came in lower-case letters and images unreadable. I went to the Firefox Options, once again the Options, then content. All fonts have been at least 14. I unchecked the option to leave the web sites chose their own fonts but always get tiny sign in page. When I copy and past the Yahoo mail URL in Internet explorer, the Yahoo login page is normal in size. I uninstalled FF 6.0.1 and downloaded FF 7.0.1 but who gave the same microscopic text. Gamepad Xbox 360 but not installed projection in the DM and will not work.
I installed my xbox 360 controller. It has first been installed a few months previously and showed upward in Device Manager. then I disconnected and never used until today (or so I tried)... now it does not show in the SM, but you can hear the dingding when I plug in and when I unplug the unit, but nothing happens and I can't figure out how to get my pc to recognize it again. Please help... my console real xbox 360 should be disabled so that it works, or can I use it with my pc while the console is still? Help

Here are some steps that you can try before you contact the Xbox team.
Step 1:
Connect your Xbox 360 to the computer power turn it on and restart the computer to see if it is recognized by your computer.
Step 2:
Try to run Windows update on your computer, if there are drivers available, they will be installed and could help recognzing Xbox on your computer.
Step 3:
Check to see if you can recognize the device through other USB ports on your computer.

Sorry about that. I suspect that nobody has really worked what it is you are trying to do. In Windows 7, it there was absolutely no link between user account data and a process of e-mail or the program you may be using. If you use Windows Live Mail, you can delete an e-mail account by right-clicking on its name in the folders pane and selecting remove account. This will remove all records of account and permanently remove their content. If there are messages that you want to keep in a folder account, move them to the folders defined by the user under storage folders before you delete the account.
If this isn't what you mean, so please explain a little more clearly what you are trying to do.
