29/11/13, I bought goal NEX E 35 mm F1.8 OSS (SEL35F18) from a store in Las Vegas Sony store: 65.

It costs 432.39 taxes. According to the Sony Store site, I should get 400 points. I told the cashier (*) Ana and gave him my email address (* @gmail.com), which I use for my Sony account as well. She told me that I'll get my points in two days. I do not have, and my product was registered and online.

It is very well... There may be error... Then I emailed about this with all the info at SonyRewards. They told me that I need to contact, Sony's Store. I sent to the Sony Store support, I ve had been informed that I get your comments in 24 hours. I did this couple of times, but your customer support has literally wasted my time with automatic emails. And still no results.

Now, I don't like many of the 400 or so points. But I don't like everything that I m pay and attitude. This is my 4th product of Sony. For a large international company like that, this treatment is unacceptable. My question was ignored compeletly. I expect you to take responsibility and fix your mistake as soon as you can. I tried to solve this problem thanks to the support team. Doesn't not work, if I still can't get this done, I feel responsible to let potential consumers know about this question and spread the word. It's very basic, very simple; companies honest and good; If a company promises me a service/product for a certain amount of money, he must deliver the service/product without defects.

I don't know when this change was made. But I contacted the store you purchased your goal from and they informed me that they will award the points immediately and we will provide an update of how it goes. Thank you for your patience!
