  I first saw this message a couple a days ago, so I went and update of Flash Player using the link in the quoted error... fine & dandy until I went online and then remembered WHY I didn't have the latest version of Flash PLayer installed! I use a back on Flash version because the latest version crashes in Mozilla Firefox.   You can't the PDF files to be changed with Acrobat Reader DC.

  You must have the Acrobat application to edit PDF files using Acrobat. Edit PDF files.
